Total trash! Holding a yard sale out front? Gate standing wide open. Place is full crap laying around everywhere, junk cars and motor homes many looking trashed. Gate keypad all tore up one day I went by with the gate wide open. Rent recently went up $15/month. It didn't look like this before. Totally went downhill. Looks like a junkyard now.

I didn't really rent a unit from them but judging from the phone interactions with these guys they are really friendly, professional, and helpful. And their rate is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
