Bought a dodge journey from them and traded in my explore back in December of 24 and I’m getting info from dmv they are charging me for them not taking it out of my name!!!! Went there and all they said was not my problem and told me to contact dmv mind u the car I bought from them the tranny went out and left me and my kids stranded on the side of the freeway and they said nothing they could do about it!!! They take advantage of women bad

Do not buy from this company.You will regret it. I purchased a vehicle from them last week. They told me that the truck had just been inspected and everything was fine. Less than fifteen miles after I bought it, the truck wouldnt go into gear and a major fuel leak was spotted when I filled with gas. It cost me $4000 in transmission repair and $550 to fix the fuel leak. They wouldn't do anything to help whatsoever and in return were very rude on the phone to me and hung up after saying its my problem.
I would avoid this place at all costs

I came in and picked up a Ford F150. They were extremely helpful with the purchase and finding financing for me. They were negotiable with my trade-in and the total out-of-pocket cost. I just brought the truck in to the mechanic and he was amazed on how clean it was. So their customer service and The honesty of what the condition of their vehicles are, I give them a five out of five stars. If I was going to purchase another used vehicle I would definitely go through them.

Andy went out of his way to accommodate my limited budget and expensive eye by showing me cars that I was actually interested in. Shopping for a used car can be tedious and exhausting so save yourself the time suck and mental exhaustion going lot to lot, meeting high pressure used car salesmen who say anything and everything to off some second rate vehicle that meets minimal and barely legal standards. At North State Auto Brokers you get what you came to get. A good deal on a good car that's been thoroughly checked out by licensed mechanics, with a no pressure approach and a friendly smile and handshake even if you leave with out buying. No wonder they are top rated in the North State and the local leader in used auto sale. Right here in our own little Chico community!

BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband and I purchased a truck here and the transmission ended up being bad. The cost to fix the truck out, weighs the value by far. You should make sure you get the vehicle inspected before buying from this place.

A word of CAUTION?
Very unhappy with service after purchase of a 2014 Nissan!
My friend, a senior citizen bought her car at Northstate only to find out that the transmission & engine are bad. When confronted with the problem northstate said to take it to the Nissan dealership. The dealership wouldn't touch it as it would be too costly to repair.
Northstate bought it in Orland and must've noticed the trouble with engine and sold it anyway to this senior citizen on social security.
Now this buyer is without a working vehicle to get to medical appointments after spending over $7K.
When buying there, have the vehicle checked out first so you don't end up like this senior citizen. It's a disgrace and very sad.

Purchased a car in April. Car was broke down by May. Called owner, said he doesn't touch cars he sells. It's now August, tags expired last month, no registration received. Called to ask what was going on, said he needed to call his "DMV lady", never heard from him again. After $400 in repairs in May, $200 in June, car is back in the shop and it's unregistered.

Great family owned used car lot with fair prices, honest and transparent staff, and good selection of vehicles to choose from. Andy was willing to work with our situation and deliver on his promises to us. When the time comes for us to purchase another vehicle, we will definitely be looking at what is available here first.

I just bought my first vehicle from Northstate Auto Brokers and couldn't be happier! Andy and his secretary were extremely personable the second we got there. They made my mother and I feel so welcomed and cared for through the entire process. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
