I would put no star if I could. I ordered 2 products for pick up at my local store. I get there and only 1 item is ready and I have to get the other item delivered to my home. It never gets delivered and the delivery is cancelled by the delivery company! I still don't have my 2nd product!

The printing service I requested was terrible. The young man in the copy/printing department was completely ignorant of making copies at a percentage of the original. He was unable to comprehend that 10 inches at 200% is 20 inches. He was also unable to make black and white copies instead of color, telling me that the machine had no provision for black and white . . . ? I had 35+ years of experience in engineering and reproduction, and it was apparent to me that he was not the man for the job. Everyone has to start somewhere BUT should have basic math skills for reproduction work. He also had a very minimal knowledge of the equipment he was using. He made me wait for 45 minutes while he produced unacceptable copies at the wrong scale. He waited on other customers when he should have been finishing my job. I left without the service that I needed. Please either train him or replace him. I will not return to Office Depot.

This enthusiastic review is long overdue. Andrew T. (sales) and Chris G. (store manager) are the best!We purchased an HP LaserJet Pro M255w (May 2023) from the Chico Office Depot. When we had multiple frustrating issues with installation, we turned to Andrew for help. He listened carefully, then suggested additional troubleshooting steps to take. Andrew was professional, highly knowledgeable and patient. He provided exceptional customer service. We followed Andrew’s suggestions without success. We learned that our model HP printer is known for installation issues and that we would have to deal directly with HP (it’s a long story why we couldn’t just return to Office Depot).What followed was a long, horrible nightmare with HP. It took days and hours on the phone before they agreed to replace the printer. They replaced our new one with a reconditioned one. We were beyond exasperated. Chris stepped in. Reimbursed us for the HP printer. Andrew recommended a Brother printer (purchased in Aug 2023). It was super easy to install and prints beautifully.Thanks to Andrew and Chris for turning our frustration into satisfaction. We highly recommend the Chico Office Depot for it’s superior customer service.
