“I took my 2011 Subaru here when the clutch went out. These guys did an amazing job with my new clutch, as well as the chronic Subaru problems of aging timing belt and head gasket weakness. My car sits in the sun and doesn't move 10 months of the year, which creates unique problems. They fixed it up and gave the hoses and seals some care, and I am so grateful for their honest assessment and professionalism. The service was prompt and up-front; it is such a relief to find someone in this industry who is forthright and not trying to take us for a ride. We will be back with all our vehicles. “Amazing, Fast, and Friendly service! I went in for an oil change today with the expectation they would just change my car oil but they went above and beyond that expectation. They checked and put more air in my tires, cleaned my windsheild, vaccumed, checked other levels in my car and checked the air filters etc. Bob was very informative and knowledgeable, when giving an estimate he went over everything that was being done and explained it in an easy to understand fashion. He brought my air filters to attention and physically showed me why they needed to be changed which i appericated and most lilkely would not have changed if not shown the damage. Also to mention the prices were upfront, unbeatable and we were in and out in no time i couldnt imagaine having a better experience! Shout out to Cody as well, the reason for choosing Jiffy Lube. All services performed by him have been wonderful. Hes very knowledgeable, quick and accurate at his job and his customer service is always top notch! I will be coming back in the future thanks to Cody and Bob! Thank you for the amazing work done!”
“Walmart policies prohibited them from helping us. thankfully the verbally guided us to changing our battery ourselves. also the blonde girl working said something vaguely racist about someone’s Spanish music? not sure if that’s accepted in Chico, but it was bizarre”
