Don’t want to be bias… but I Love coming here for (1) I work for OD (2)once I’m here … I know I’m 90 from my home terminal SAC…and time to get off?… now for real… love the management and other Linehaul drivers who are share or at least pass through this terminal… it maybe small but don’t let it fool… it’s a busy hub… WE ALL KEEP OUR PROMISES…that’s the OD WAY

Madison was super helpful over the phone and when it comes to scheduling the package drop off date . Changing shipping address was a breeze compared to bigger companies like Amazon. Great customer service because it feels like they care about your package getting to you!

I had a large piece of machinery delivered and their driver could not possibly have been more courteous, friendly, and helpful. He called before arriving and got here at the time stated during the call. We had arranged a transfer place and because of the poor state of the pallet we talked and decided to have the delivery done nearer my home so I could transfer it with my tractor. It all took longer than we thought and the driver was apologetic about the delay and hassle, which was not at all his fault at all. I felt bad about the extra time it took from him and told him so. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Your delivery man, Chris was extremely courteous and helpful. Our cabinet was received in excellent condition and he even opened the carton to make sure nothing was damaged as the first one was brought by another company with the glass broken. Great service. Thank you.
