Terrible customer service, go elsewhere if you can. They will gladly overcharge for stuff you don't need and then screen phone calls.

Chico office is horrible I been trying to get my supplies they them and they say I have wrong documents we sent it Over to dr its been month and a half and still no supplies I have been with anything from owens for over a year and not 1 supply they are the worst medical supply company ever here I am having to buy my own supplys out of pocket I have contacted my health care provider and file a grievance on owens in chico

The infushion nurses are super nice, accommodating and helpful. Very positive experience working with Owen's.

Nice respitory therapist,very knowledgeable and went over how to use my new CPap machine. But.....receptionist was on her cell phone texting.To me that is very unprofessional.A client should not have to stand at the desk unattended.And a co-worker doing her job,should not have to say anything,to the other worker.

The delivery guy just brought my roommate's cpap filter. I have listened to her cry on the phone for THREE months. Of course I offered to just go buy the darn thing but,.. one day they say it has to come from Redding (I offer to drive there) and later the same day they say it is in Arizona. Her helper has had to spend more time on the phone with Owen's than actually doing her job. Her daughter has spent hours on the phone as well as going in person to try to resolve this dangerous fiasco. I am giving this review as someone who has watched an elderly disabled woman's health deteriorate while she struggles to get a teeny tiny filter. It seems to me that Owen's should be brought up on elder Abuse charges.

(Zoe is my daughter. Not sure why my maps is under her name) So this Jacqueline Hopkins and I have used Owen's for 4 years? Not sure, but they are so awesome! I just had an O2 machine quit on me and they were out within the hour of when I finally called. They told me to call immediately next time, even if the middle of the night. (I had waited til morning). Now don't go calling them at 3am for a bandaid, but for O2 it's ok. Lol. The guys that come to the house are great and the phone people are great too. So docs....you better be using Owens cause they are the best!

This is a bunch of rudest people I’ve ever met. They don’t answer your questions they hurry and get you off the phone. It’s like you asked him for anything else have no customer service skills at all.

The respiratory therapists here have always been great every time I have dealt with them. They gave good information, professional and were very helpful. I have no issue with them. What is difficult is working with the staff at the supply reorder line 877-456-2924. They give wrong information about when supplies will arrive and send items that you did not order. Now I have to make sure I am not billed for items I did not order. Also they say they are open on Saturdays but no one is answering the phone at the re-supply line # and they are not calling me back after leaving several messages beginning yesterday. The manager in the Chico office I find is very difficult to work with. I had a scheduled appointment last fall (that I made weeks before) with a respiratory therapist. I was told when I got to the office that she (RT) was unavailable and he (the office manager) was going to help me with fitting for a different style mask. That was a mistake my supplies have been messed up ever since. I should have refused meeting with the office manager and re-scheduled with the RT. Why didn't they call and tell me the RT was not going to be able to meet with me? Not considerate. They should have let me, the patient, know of the change to my appointment. All I need is my 3 month supply of CPAP supplies. My supplies are past due and I just have to wait. My blood pressure may rise just writing this review. gonna stop now!!!

Choose someone else! don't do business with these people. They don't care about their customers, just getting paid. I have been getting c-pap supplies from them regularly. But the last shipment came with wrong size equipment. I called, was told I had to return the wrong size stuff at my expense before getting corrected equipment. When I drove over 20 miles to return it they said it was not all there and some had been opened therefore could not be returned. No apology, just blame me. Do not do business here.
