“My name is Terry and I was going through some financial hardships My wife had just got incubated in the hospital in Chico. I didn't know if she was going to live or die. I had to drive everyday back and forth and it hurted me financially and only thing I had to make sure I'll be by my wife's side. I had to pawn our wedding ring so I went to a couple of pawn shops and then I found Chico cash exchange. I want to let you know those people who work there. Their customer service skills is off the Richter scale. Super super polite they gave me a pawn what I asked for with no questions asked They wasn't trying to bargain or haggle me down. I just wanted to let people know that there is good people in this world and one of the employees name was Cody. He should be running a business of his own because his customer service skills it's out of this world. So I just want to say thank you Cody for everything. You're awesome! And I hope everything goes well for me so I don't have to pawn anything again but I would like to say the people who works there. I wish I knew all their names.
