Not DIY friendly. Horrible customer service they assume everybody else knows as much as they do plus they won't even go with you to help you find the material looking for they were standing inside the office and pointing as if I know the difference between types of wood sizes or anything like that. I came back and asked them again and they still pointed instead of walking the 60 ft and actually provide some customer service. Last week I bought a whole pallet of fence material they said 20% the 25 should be unusable more like 40 to 50% of the entire pallet is junk. Not worth the headache and I'm not really sure that I was using any official called professionals that shops there unless of course they're getting high quality. They lost me as a customer.

This is a nice alternative from big box stores near by. I've bought wood there is build garden beds, the quality and price equal a good value. The process is simple. You pick out your wood, buy it, load it, and then someone checks you out on your way out.

I don't buy lumber or siding that often but these guys were super helpful. Took in a picture of what I needed and they were able to help me find exactly what I needed. Definitely go here before you stop at any of the box stores.

Having known Leo for the better part of 40 years, Payless was the first place i shopped. Leo has been a contractor salesman in the area for 30 years and took care of me like i was family! This company is a great. locally employee owned company that always takes care of me in every way. Always have what i need, or can get is fast. Prices are right and the staff is always friendly. And once you get a job site, Leo will stop by with an ice chest full of Sodas for the guys! Super great service.

Solid spot for building supplies,would guess around ,10-20% cheaper than home Depot or Lowes. Nice guys working there and we're helpful. Only issue is it sounds like inventory isn't accurate always and there are no prices on anything. So there is some guess and check. Highly recommend.
