I used the curbside pickup option for this visit. My order was out within a couple of minutes and the young lady that brought it out was very friendly. I'm not always able to go into a store for shopping as I am disabled and have trouble walking some days. This is a great option that I will use again. Thank you Petsmart!

Very, very unhappy with being booted from Pet Smart after FIVE years because the new 20 something manager couldn’t handle my older Shih Tzu during an Express Groom. My dog was coughing in the bath and Jaylyn decided she “nearly had to take my dog to a vet.” Called me after the bath and told me she couldn’t continue due to “stress”. My dog was fine upon pick up and is fine.
Inexperienced groomers. No real sense of how to handle express appointments or older animals.
High turnover of groomers, corporation hiring of young groomers and paying them poorly. Overworked. Just disgusted with the place.

There is a manager named Jesse who will get in your face and traumatize you if need be. I did report to their HR but of course they stopped calling me back when they realized I have a lawsuit against the manager Jesse who crumbled up my availability sheet right after I turned it in and through the crumbled paper at me since I was by the trash can sitting down and literally said the words “you will work the shifts I give you” screaming and aggressively “telling” me I’ll do what he says or I can leave so after that extreme disrespect the staff told me this was normal behavior for this person which is very scary he is a bully who should be let go this wasn’t shocking to any staff there they said he is like that to all employees this is not normal behavior and he needs to be stopped before more women have this happen to them I will continue to call their Hr until they report this person for what they have done

We have used multiple groomers in town and have good and really bas experiences, the crew at petco has had our business for the past year or so with at least 6 visits and every time we have been happy. Our Australian shepherd get a bath, very light and specific trimming and nails trimmed. He hates the hair dryer and can sometimes be a little challenging but the staff works with him in a very loving and gentle way. He is happy on his way in and out.

Great experience at the grooming department. Alli was such a nice person and gave my Sadie lot's of care and attention being it was her first time at a grooming salon. Definitely will be returning and having Alli beautify my fur baby. Thank you!

The quick wash dog grooming service is wonderful. It's worth the extra $10 to have a groomer bathe my dog. Much better than going across the street to that God awful Petco that for the longest time had no towels no apron and have rude staff
