The Grooming department is SO AWESOME!! Those ladies treated my Golden Retriever, Hank, with SO much care and love. He was overdue for an overhaul, but they were so positive and took their time with him. I decided to take him somewhere new after the other place we've been going gave me the feeling my fur baby wasn't getting the best treatment. When I picked him up, he was just SOO happy, and he looked the best he's EVER looked! To see this huge difference in my goldie boy's personality at pick up was enough on its' own; but he also looks incredible! I feel so much peace now, finding a place that cares for our guy. Every dog I saw on drop off and pick up were happy, and looked amazing! I highly recommend the PetSmart Grooming for your fur babies!

Any little thing your pet desires (or you deem necessary) is found here…pet beds, accessories, snacks, pet-size TV’s (jk)… But seriously the variety of pet food alone is worth the trip! Don’t forget they have to chew or scratch and play or sleep all day while you’re at work and this becomes your one-stop for all kinds of pet needs. Enjoy!

This is for grooming services only. Generally I am very pleased with the grooming services at PetSmart but I was a little disappointed this time. Yesterday (12/13/2023), I paid extra for the choice of premium shampoo and I always choose Chi in all of the 7 years my dog has been going to the groomers so I know the smell. He came back and did not smell like Chi at all, really barely had any smell, as she said she used "extra conditioner," which I did not ask for. Also was charged 10 dollars extra for, "special handling," as he was a "little wiggly during nail trimming." Never have I been charged for special handling. Lastly she almost cut him too short, way shorter than the half an inch and what I visibly told her before his service was started. The other two past groomers I had were excellent, but not this time. I will make note not to schedule this specific groomer. To add when I called to checkup on my dog she said she had called and left a message that he was ready, but I received no missed call nor message. In the past, every time service is finished I get an email and text message generated to me that I can pay online, not this time.

Well…. Supply chain issues are affecting the menu, was in a rush going out of town, wanted their steak breakfast burrito, they were out. Got a bacon, egg and cheese burrito instead, and it was not great.But will still be my go to for the Western Bacon Cheeseburger.

I was able to find the products I was there for but customer service was abysmal. The cashier did not even acknowledge my existence and refused to provide a receipt upon request.I try to shop locally, even if it is at a big box store. I like to support local jobs, but after this very rude experience, I will be more likely to shop online for my pets needs.As someone who worked retail throughout college, I was very disappointed by the customer service I received at Petsmart in Chico. I used to try to have fun with my job and enjoyed interacting with customers. Now you can't even get the cashier to make eye contact...

Elyza O. is a fantastic, professional groomer who truly loves working with animals. My Shih Tzu had a couple bad experiences with other local groomers and came home shaking and afraid, she had been cut with grooming shears on more than one occasion. PetSmart really takes the time to listen to how you want your pup cut or trimmed, if there are any needs like skin conditions or allergies, and the are fairly priced for the services they perform. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. One thing, book early, they are very popular and sometimes your groomer of choice may be booked two weeks out. Absolutely love the group at PetSmart and Elyza O. will always groom my pups.

I wish I could have the completely annoyed attitudes the employees had here at my own job, and still be able to keep it and earn money, must be nice to not care at all and act like customers are a nuisance and still be able to have a job. Worst experience as a customer I've ever had, and I will not be going back again if I can avoid it.

I wasn't happy with the pet carrier I purchased so I decided to return it. When I gave my item and receipt to the cashier she told me she couldn't give a refund unless I have the bank card that I used so funds could be credited back to my bank. I didn't have the card with me and realized I had lost it. It's a Chase debit card. I'd have to cancel that n get a new card...right? I called petmart and asked how I can get my refund? I was told again that without that card, I can get store credit. Hmmmm. So, I read the back of my receipt about their return policy. Right there on the back of their own receipt says if a purchase was made with a debit card, the refund will be cash back. Not a store credit. I go back to the store the next day said I wanted to return the item. Again she says if you don't have the card you used to purchase item , she can't do a refund. Get this...the cash register won't allow that. I pointed out the policy on the back of the receipt and she still says she can't do a refund and calls for the manager. Before he even started giving me the same bullshit I cut him off and pointed out their return policy. That's when the big miracle happened, the cash register suddenly was able to do a cash refund. Funny how things like that happen. I am so against doing business with greedy companies. This company is added to my do not enter list.

Sierra was wonderful. But when she left, no one wanted to take my dog. Everyone else is the worst and acted put off that you brought your dog in. They told me not to bring mine back. And I had paid for 10 of them but never got my money back. They wouldn't let me talk to the owner.

My dog will never be taken to Vet at this location again. Didn't exam her eyes as I requested before exam. But managed to quote me a fee to do dental work on her.
