Nice selection. We have cats, dogs, lovebirds, chickens, ducks, and reptiles. This store has a selection of supplies.

Needed help getting started on emailing, the young man working there helped the 2 ladies that were there before my husband, & I. We asked 3 times for help, he kept helping other people that came in after us. We gave up & left. We called our bank and there is a $5.00 hold pending on our bank card. Not very happy we didn’t get to email because he couldn’t take a minute to help us get started. We went to Office Depot, we got fast friendly customer service, we went left to try & figure the machine out, he did it for us & it was not very expensive. We will go to Office Depot from now on… poor customer service from Chico Staples!!

Great section of stores in the shopping center. Parking is usually easy to find and manoeuvring in and out of the car park is simple. I haven’t noticed a bottle neck or anything like that.

Attentive staff. Im here every week to pick up crickets for my tarantulas, scorpions, and giant centipedes. Get the ones out of bulk, as the little boxes tend to have dead ones. They get shipments in on Tuesdays usually. Always fun to see who's up for adoption. The cute cats that will acknowledge you through the glass. Some things are expensive here, but others provide good deals. Good location and several very cute staff members.
