The pricing here has become exorbitant to say the least. They were going to charge me $90 for a radiator from a 1991 Toyota Corolla. That's almost what they cost new from what I've seen. Another time. I pulled the metal headlight protectors(they look like iron bars kind of) for the front of my Land Rover and when I brought it up one girl told me it was going to be $5 but somehow I ended up with another gal finally checking me out and she tried to charge me. $25. I told her the other girl quoted $5 and the girl confirmed but she would not honor that price (and I don't believe she was a manager). Now today I wanted to exchange something that was clearly marked with the receipt but because it was past the 30 day refund period by less than two weeks they would not let me exchange it because they both were so worried about "getting flagged". The worst part is we come in here all the time, like. Once a week at least and we have bought tons of things that did not end up working out but just eat the cost no big deal, we actually have never returned anything so it's not like we are habitual returners or problem customers. The two employees wouldn't direct me to a supervisor to ask and told me to email them and figure out the email address from the website. I wish there was another one closer so I could boycott... I will attempt to asich as possible.. Conclusion - very disappointed

Loved that they have everything you need, you can pull yourself but if you return its store credit no cash back.

Just called this place looking for rims, very dismissive when I ask for any age rim. Definitely a rude attitude, will not be back

Just had a friend pick up a small part for a my 97 Subaru. The women on the phone was very helpful and friendly in targeting the right part fit for my year vehicle. After the phone contact, my friend went to the yard and got the perfect part; said he had a good experience there. So, mission accomplished and successfully so.

The vehicle purchasing staff is extremely demeaning and rude. Not only that but they will not give you anywhere near what the cash for cars will give you just call in. Just wanted to ask a couple quick questions and I watched the staff look at my friend like he’s stupid.

One of my favorite places to spend the day wrenching on cars! Great inventory and competitive pricing. It is a great alternative to paying full price for auto parts one of the big box stores (Napa, O'Reilly's, AutoZone, etc.) Especially if you enjoy the act of wrenching on automobiles instead of just the need to get the part quickly for less money.

First of all I have been going to picknpull since they opened one in the late 1980's in rancho cordova. This chico store was my first and maybe last visit. I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to this one as I had seen on there inventory a picture of a new arrival with the unique part I was after. Well the part was still there and I was happy as a clam, that was until I checked out at the register! The rep at the counter was very rude, To make a long story short: She acted as if I was trying to steal stuff when I was checking out. I am a 55 year old disabled man, I do not steal, I believe in kharma! I have never in 35 years been treated like that at a pick n pull even when I was a kid in the 80s! So my conclusion is this. If you have to go there like I did cause they had something the others do not:1. go in there with the bare minimum of tools you need in a open tool bag2. when you get your part make sure you take everything off the part that they can charge you for even if its a broken up plastic grill before you try to check out because they will insist on you paying for it when its clearly not useable.3. read these reviews on yelp and just expect them to not be as friendly as the other pick n pull stores.Had I known this stuff ahead of time I probably would have had a better experience but I do hope I never need to go back to the chico location!

I liked the work ethic of the guy checking people in. He was honest and direct as well as bilingual. No BS. That's essential when it comes to cars. However I am giving a lower rating because my husband bought a vehicle and was checking out at the vehicle purchase counter. That service needs massive improvement. Only 1 employee( out of 3 sitting there) took the time to look up the name of the item we needed to complete the purchase requirements. 2 women and a man. When I asked a question not only did 2 employees turn their back and ignore my question. I had to follow-up with " did you hear me?". Then got a response from one of the women. The man acted as if I wasn't there. They then asked for a signature for paperwork and never proceeded to say your all set to go to the DMV. In fact they said nothing. My hubbie had to ask if we were done. ? customer service.

Disrespectful staff, watched them walk a gentleman back without paying fee because he was buddies with the manager. Wouldn’t even let me check the inventory nor would they check the inventory for me. Ps no Apple Pay so come with cash or card, and expect attitude from employees

If you're a felon with bad credit don't even try to apply and as for the company being a second chance employer not even close. But if you're looking for a large selection of Honda or Toyota and this surprised me even Benz and Subaru then it's the place for you. I bought my 2001 Civic motor there and sad to say it got a speeding ticket for 127 mph on my way to Chico on the 70, so yeah most likely anything you get from there is good.
