Over the phone and in person, the staff were very kind and clear. Once at the shop, they got the job done quickly and efficiently, I would definitely recommend going to this shop. My car was struggling to start.So they did a electrical diagnostic, found It was a low battery and only charged me for the battery. I'm very grateful. They had to order the battery and have it delivered. And with that, I was only there less than an hour and a half.

I highly recommend Precision Auto Repair for your vehicle needs. Take this as a lesson in getting several quotes before moving forward with your repairs.
Boradori wanted to charge me almost $700 to get my spark plugs replaced in order to fix a check engine code. The guys at Precision charged $75 to start with simple solutions to get the code gone (and it is). The Boradori guys also always give me this baby talk voice on the phone (because I'm a woman, I'm assuming), and I SUPER don't appreciate that.
I appreciate Precision Auto in not only saving me tons of money that l don't have right now, but also treating me like a capable adult who wants to learn more about my car.

highly recommended these guys. they answered all my questions clearly with additional information. went in for a trans fluid change and my 86 was in/out within 4 hours. a huge job done quickly. very clean area in/around the shop. i will be back again for sure!
