Beyond a terrible experience. Was shouted at by an employee who was also loudly rattling off the tests I getting so everyone could hear. Heard of HIPA? Doesn't seem like there was a manager on-site. I left before having my blood drawn.

As with most company's talking to a human being is nearly impossible. Don't bother calling the phone number as there is no option to talk to a representative.

The process of having to wait over 30 minutes just to DROP OFF urine is absolutely ridiculous.

Quest's policy of not allowing standing lab orders of more than six months unless renewed by the issuing doctor/hospital creates a serious hardship for patients who are trying to get lab work done. I had to go back twice (and make two appts) to get simple lab work performed.

The wait was about 10 minutes, not bad at all. My tech was very nice and competent. No bruises on my arm. Check in was easy.

They sent email reminders and texted a check-in link that made it very easy and notified staff I'd arrived. Waited under 5 minutes
