I regularly get blood tests here. They are consistently on time and and professionalIF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.I do have one primary care office that drops the ball sending in my lab orders. That’s a drag, but it is that office, not Quest. I have 4 other offices, (two from out of town) that send in my lab orders. I can count on a 15 minute appointment with Quest. If you have ongoing labs, do yourself a favor: be sure doctors have sent labs, check in on line ONE time with all your info, MAKE APPOINTMENT ON LINE, have insurance cards and ID ready to scan when you get to the Quest office. You’ll be in and out before you know it, while the office full of non-appointments waits.

My phlebotomist Kacey was so kind and helpful. I had an appointment and highly recommend making one - making a same day or next day appointment was a breeze, you just need to call and use the automated system. Quest was very busy when I arrived, but I only waited about 10 minutes and it was so refreshing having such great customer service.

I have been to this Quest Diagnostics two times month and each time I got to have Kacey as my phlebotomist. She is exceptionally well at her job, and really kind. I hope her team appreciates her, because she has made each experience a positive one!The check-in is a little weird, it is all self service so it takes some use to getting used to. I would prefer talking to someone, but the check-in is really simple. You can also make an appt online/phone or do a walk-in. The waiting area is clean, but you can also wait in your car after check-in on the kiosk.

They charged me for self-pay and then billed my insurance on top of that. Now they claim that the new amount is the full amount and that I was mischarged. Predatory pricing is illegal.

Concerned after telling a friend my experience a few years ago. I had to take a drug test for a job and the employee told me I had to leave the door open... I was told by my friend that this is illegal due to an invasion of privacy. I'll never forget my experience because the woman was rude as well. I recently went to the place next to Enloe and had a great and quick experience. I was also able to close the door. I recommend going to that location instead.

Horrible treatment by the technician on duty for so-called “patient care.” Not only did she lack tact but she berated the patient/my family member and then had no concern for the entire reason for the visit which was for a patient in need of labs due to health issues. What has happened to health care? What happened to compassion and ethics in medicine? Clearly this technician is working only for a paycheck and nothing else. If I could rate less than a 1 star I would have for this technician “Bobbie.” I have been to MANY labs in my lifetime and have never seen treatment by a technician in such a negative manner on a patient. I will NOT be using this lab again and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAB TO ANYONE EITHER!

The website needs to state that walk-ins are not available on Saturday or at least put a sign on the door. Since they removed the front desk, the lack of initial employee contact is frustrating.

When you call it says to press 3 if you would like to use the automated appointment scheduling and that appointment are prioritized over walk in's and when you press 3 it will say call on hold and immediately hang up so you can't make an appointment even if you tried also say you can make one online but when you look it up there's no link so idk how they expect to get any clients

Probably a broken record with seeing the ratings.Wow!0 customer service. They genuinely seem very annoyed with every single person that comes in. My 2nd visit.

Used QD twice for employment drug test and blood drawn for surgery. Both visits were quick and easy! I recommend using QD
