We met with John and he helped us with everything we needed to set up a much needed storage unit. He was polite and answered all our questions, and was very efficient.
The units are thoroughly cleaned and presentable. Thank you again John, for making it an enjoyable experience.

Went in to the facility was greeted very nicely and I stated what my space need were and without hesitation Andrew went right to work in a very professional manner and we were done and taken care of. Extremely horrible policies and customer service. They only allow ONE person to be on the account, and even if you are married, with a marriage certificate, have the credit card that pays the bill every month and the card is in YOUR name and you have your photo ID they do not allow you access to your unit. He told me in the event of my husbands death I would need court paperwork naming the beneficiary. It is absolutely ridiculous that they don't allow more than one person to be on an account.

I'd say if you are part of the "No Mask, No Service" COVID cult, you'll definitely like this place and enjoy a great condescending commie-style conversation with the guy at the front desk.
But if you're a normal, decent human being who doesn't want your rights infringed and yourself bullied by the COVID cult, rent somewhere else. I'd recommend some facilities in Oroville (e.g. Best Self Storage on Feather River Blvd, or Garden Drive Mini Storage), you'll be treated with decency and politeness and not everything is about a stupid mask or your race.

Clean, good customer service, easy to use website for automatic payments, no riff raff and very minimal weirdos. In the two years we rented there I only saw two questionable folks there, one taking a nap in his storage while his dog was in his truck and another just going to town on his rats nest of a storage unit. Both seemed harmless though. They left me alone and I them.Mice ended up getting into our storage the last couple of months we were there and shredded some things. They do have rat traps visible throughout the complex so they’re aware and fighting the issue.Other than that it was great!
