Got my hair done by Carlena a few months ago. Spent a total of 11 hours (2 sessions) to get my desired look. Carlena was very nice but it’s very obvious she lacks knowledge around doing hair. I attempted to reach out to the owner but no luck. Ended up spending another $300 at a salon for color correction and to tone all the brass (which is exactly what I wanted to stay away from). Just upset it took me $600 to get where I wanted. 1st pic is what I wanted (dark to light ombré). 2nd is what I got at Salon Diamond (micro highlights and light to dark hair) 3rd pic is after $600 and a color correction.

Celine V. Did a great job with my pink streaks! She asked me all sorts of questions, made sure I was comfortable, even offered me water while my hair was under the dryers. HIGHLY recommend her, very fun to talk to as well!

Came here because of the good reviews on Google. I can honestly say I’ve never had a more uncomfortable hair cutting experience. I don’t know the name of the person who cut my hair, but she didn’t know what texturing was and said she doesn’t commonly do that. Totally fine, but my hair cut was the equivalent of what you would get going to Super Cuts.I will say the shampoo / head massage at the beginning was good, the hair dresser overall seemed like a nice person, and wasn’t confrontational (which I did appreciate). She was the one who pushed me to not pay for the cut, which I found to be surprising. For me it wasn’t about the money, just didn’t want to be a Guinea pig.At the end we realized the hair is 2 different lengths on each side, but I got scared to let her continue. I asked if they had a salon manager that could potentially touch it up, but the manager proceeded to tell me it was “rude” for her to take over this girls hair cut and she needed to go to a doctors apt. As a manager she would be open to teaching her and having her practice on me, but she wasn’t willing to texture the hair.Unfortunately the experience I am looking for is not to be “practiced” on or a head to learn on, but I was looking for a more salon experience. I’m not completely upset by the situation because I do have another appointment for a touch up tomorrow elsewhere, but want to leave an honest review. Be careful about who you book with, make sure they have experience!Service: Hairstyling

Celine V. is a wonderful hair stylist and a great person too. She takes on all my requests professionally and give insights. She gives great beard trims and makes me feel like a true Viking when I come out. Needless to say, she does a great job helping me build my self esteem and feeling more confident.She is very talented in male hair braiding, even with the thin hair that I have!She also cuts my wife's hair, and she loves it too. 10 out of 10 in our book!

The owner is phenomenal at what she does and is super friendly and accomodating. Speaking as a professional cosmetologist, I can say this is an impressive establishment. Clean, modern, classy, and full of diversity.

Celine cut my hair a few weeks ago and did an absolutely amazing job! She listened to what I wanted, took time to make sure it was correct as she went and made any alterations I asked for. If google had more than 5 stars to rater her I would give them to her in a heartbeat!Service: Hairstyling
