Lisa has been my hairstylist for years, and I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. She is truly exceptional at what she does! Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m going to walk out looking and feeling amazing.
Lisa is warm and welcoming and always listens to what I want. I can’t say enough good things about her! It’s rare to find someone you trust completely when it comes to your hair! Absolutely the Best Salon in Chico! Chill vibe,and very accommodating! The stylists are professional and very kind. I have always loved my hair whoever it was with. I had a great haircut with Michael who is especially awesome with curl/wave. I didn’t even know I had a wave pattern until he worked his magic and brought it to life!
Sheridan has done some gorgeous highlights on me,and Lisa also. I haven’t been to Natalie or Gillian, but have seen some amazing color and haircuts while I was getting my hair done and watching them work.

The experience I had with Micheal was awesome! The climate was super funny but relaxing. Micheal gave me layers and taught me how to style and take care of my hair. My hair has never felt better! I 100% recommend booking with Micheal!

Natalie is very good and she is very kind. My 88 year old mother got her hair done, and watching how Natalie interacted with her shows how much Natalie loves people and loves what she does. The salon is very clean, prices are very reasonable.

Had a great experience in the salon . All the stylists are friendly and welcoming. Gillian is a very experienced and talented stylist. She is always open to suggestions and provides a lot of confidence throughout the appointment. I definitely recommend this salon .

So I booked an appointment with Natalie, and I wasn't sure on what I wanted, I let it be very known I wasn't sure, and then I canceled bc I thought my husband was working,he wasn't. So I Asked if I could have it still an hour later, she said no,then I asked if I could do next weekend, she said no,bc she didn't want to give me something I was unhappy with!!!🤔🤨during our conversation, she said I can do a body wave perm,I said sure,I'll do that!!!! So I'm not sure what I did to piss her off enough to turn me down!!!! Ive never treated like this, It was incredibly rude!!!!!

I had an appointment with Lisa at 6pm yesterday. I got there 10 minutes early. 10 minutes after my set appointment I was still waiting. Two other stylists had asked me if I been helped and I said I had an appointment with Lisa. They both said she was still with someone. Lisa never came to the lobby to let me know she was running late. I do not mind waiting but I feel it's not respectful of my time to not acknowledge me and let me know how long you'll be. After more waiting, I stood up near the stylists to show I'm waiting and wanted to ask if I should just reschedule. Both looked at me and didn't say anything and continued their conversations. After waiting another 5 minutes I just walked out. I hate writing a bad review but I feel service and respect is just as important as getting a good cut.

I LOVE this salon. Natalie is amazing and so talented. I always achieve the exact look I am wanting and enjoy my experience each time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

I went for a haircut and my front pieces are terrible and completely different lengths I can't even put my hair up.The girl wasn't very pleasant either and kept hitting me in face and then broke my earring without saying anything. Overall experience was not great.
