This location has really gone down hill. Today drove across town on my 1/2 lunch to buy some Laneige lip balm and the counter is EMPTY. What is going on? I looked around , and there are out of stock’s everywhere ! Every time I go there I am always told “ we have no control over what they send us “ Sephora, put your team in store in a better position to be equipped to help your customers !! It’s not their fault , yet they are the face of YOUR company ! Not going back, taking my business to other locations ! To the little Red head gal in there, you are AWSOME you deserve better from a company! Wish I knew her name to properly give her the shout out. Sephora in the South do not have this problem. Get it together !

Lots of good options and the employees are helpful. Not as many products as a normal Sephora. It's a good option while in Chico.

Clean well kept store. People were pleasent well groomed, and very quick to help.Bathroom was clean, and smelled nice.

I just wanted to take the time to Thank {Liliana} one of the employees at Sephora who went out of her way to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered. Not only did she spend a lot of time helping us recommending different products, she surprises us with a sample of the product we had mentioned to her! We left smiling to say the least.
