Chico Marketplace is a regional shopping center in Chico, CA with over 75 shops, anchored by HomeGoods, Burlington, At Home, JCPenney, Petco, and Dick's Sporting Goods. The mall has been an integral part of the Northern California landscape for years, dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and inviting place for locals to shop, dine, and be entertained. The mall is clean and easy to navigate, with a mix of popular stores like H&M and a Cutco kiosk offering knife sharpening services. While some customers have noted the mall has lost some of its previous atmosphere and food options, the center still hosts community events like holiday performances by the "Sounds of the Valley" chorus to uplift spirits. Though the mall may not be as bustling as it once was, Chico Marketplace remains a convenient destination for the area's residents.
New ownership has done an incredible job transforming this mall from a relic of the 80s, to a modern, beautiful retail hub. Their innovative thinking has brought chico so many wonderful new stores, and restaurants.

Without a food court they could never and will never be 5-star level. It's so tragic.

This year I discovered H & M store! What a find, good looking clothes that are affordable! Also, during the 2024 Holidsy season they had a Cutco kiosk with knife sharpening service for your Cutco cutlery!
