I left home today to get home internet service and equipment. I visited three other providers in the mall to get this done including the carrier I have phone service with already. The prices are not as advertised and they just treated me like I was some Foreigner with no money and didn't deserve home internet so, I I walk into T-Mobile and Brian helped me gave me exactly what I wanted and needed beginning with exceptional service inside the store! I walked out of that store 20 minutes after I entered with everything I needed and great service! I'd recommend T-Mobile and Brian at the store to anyone including all of my friends! Good job guys! Friendly staff and fast service. Never had to wait in line. You can also pay your phone bill with their app or call 611.

These guys and Gales are great. They help me so much everytime I go in there . I have a lot of kids so we go here alot. Phones take time to get worked out . They are always patient. Good people and good service

What a great experience after all the nightmare we went through the last 3 months! Alex Ibarra, you are simply a over qualified person to be there! Handling all the issues with full of patience and your end-end knowledge in your system was super impressive! We haven’t gotten service this personal and in a professional way for a LONG time! Thank you so much for helping us today. I feel like we finally can stretch our legs tonight.

Much better than AT&T. My bill with AT&T was different every month. One month I couldn't figure out why my bill was almost double. Alittle time spent and I saw that AT&T added cost for another cell line but with no number attached. I went back to T-mobile as they fixed their Cell Tower in my little country town. Nice, thanks T- Mobile for fixing the Tower.

Went to switch over my account (I am a vintage soul when it comes to technology, so this is usually a very painful and long process). When I arrived at the store, Brian helped me.Long and short Brian is a Rockstar and an amazing associate!He helped me 2 different days, was informative, professional and extremely patient with me. Highly recommend shopping at this store if you have any phone needs. Brian Thank You for all your help, your store, team and management are very lucky to have you as such a strong member of the team.

Fiance phone is having a problem while we are in chico and he needs his phone for work. We have insurance on iur phones so he calls and asks if we can bring it in to fix it, and got told we w9nt make a profit on that since were not the ones you bought the phone from us so no. Like are you kidding. Hope no one else breaks their phones out of town because they wont fix it even if you pay extra to tmobile for the phone insurance. ?

I'd give this store a negative rating if I could. I'm having a terrible time switching from ATT to T-Mobile. The guys in the store at the mall were not helpful, They were dismissive and didn't explain anything. When I had an issue with setting up my account, they refused to call customer service and just told me that I wasn't eligible for a phone. I had to do figure out how to get my transfer pin from ATT myself, they were zero help. "You need a transfer pin and the account number - call ATT". My husband switched to Verizon and the gentleman who help us was amazing. He walked my husband through the entire process, which included a new phone. I'm over 60 but I'm pretty good with most techie things, but I don't know a lot about phones and needed help. T-Mobile was terrible. I've been without a phone for 2 days - can't work.
