I love Target, but this store has always been terrible. And, they ALWAYS have expired food! Checking the date is a must.

The clothing section is always a mess with clothes all over the floor. The whole store is poorly stocked. The employees are nice but it’s a pretty long wait to get items behind glass unlocked which I don’t blame them for since it seems like they’re understaffed most of the time.

Self checkout lanes are never open anymore. It’s ridiculous. Can’t buy the one item you need without having to wait 20+ mins in a regular lane because it’s always busy.

The most unorganized and unfriendly Target I have ever been to. Visiting from out of town and needed a few things. Most of the fitting rooms were closed and/or being used for storage. Employees were cranky and rude when we asked about the availability of the fitting rooms. Also disappointed to find the shelves and racks messy and disheveled. Clothes and hangars all over the floors and in the aisles.

I like the service, products, and prices, both in-store and online. Returned an item today in-store because it turned out I didn't need it, and it couldn't have been any easier or quicker.

I’m trying to call Chico Target (18 times now) and no answer in any department throughout the store! It’s maddening and extremely unprofessional. What a disgrace!
