When I donate here, buy from here I'd really hope that I can use their restrooms when I ask politely. Probably will find another place to donate.

I think the place is so well run. The staff are so great and the two managers work together so well. No hold backs, everything goes out. Great values, 25% off Wednesdays, just great prices throughout the store. Hidden Treasures in the open to be found as well. All things work

I was charged for 3 blouses that weren't mine but I was told to go into the store tomorrow and talk to a supervisor. I hope that works because all sales are final. There's a lot of clothes to choose from and there's furniture and there's kitchen items and tons of DVDs and VHS. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Check out the cute clothes that I purchased. And those are Not Your Daughters cropped capris.

I enjoy shopping at the ARC store because the employees are so welcoming. I was so impressed when I overheard a young male employee encouraging a mom to go look at something he just put out that he thought would be perfect for one of her children. I bought a table and a very friendly guy carried it out to the car, put it in so it wouldn't move around, and even closed the back of my car which is always a challenge for me. There customer service is excellent. The store is always neat and organized.

I am so happy I stopped in before I drove the hour home. Prices were just right. The staff was so helpful. So clean. $6 tower heater,$20 area beautiful rug, kids book .25¢ men's shirts $4. You have to go shop there to know I'm telling you the truth. What an enjoyable shopping.

Give up the mask requirements, Covid is over. Plenty of other thrift stores to shop at in the meantime.

Terrible pricing, anything on the floor is worth the garbage it's heading towards. The shoes are falling apart and they still sell them? Anything worth a penny is priced to "eBay" pricing. Expect anything worth value to be going for top dollar, might as well buy it on eBay, atleast you can get your money back unlike here.

Not a whole lot of stuff here, but they're a wonderful company and do great things for our community. I encourage anyone who has the time to at least stop by and take a peek.

My 8.5 yr old son and I love shopping at the Arc thrift store! Today was priceless though as he “scored” so many new treasures for his “Buggy 11” birthday party. My son is awesomely Autistic and his “buggies” are a vast collection of plush ladybugs. (His children ❤️) Kudos to the cashier Milo for engaging with my son while he talked endlessly about Buggy #11’s birthday party ❤️❤️❤️ The card he gave to my son is priceless! ?

For a thrift store they sure have a high price for thrift stores. It is also so crowded with items not people. The clothes are so tightly put in there that its hard to get one out without getting 5 others coming with it. I don't remember it ever being this way. Its like this at both stores in oroville and chico

The items for sale were incredibly disappointing. I had not been there in years and now I remember why. Let me just paint the picture, very worn out shoes going for what should have been free, paintings that were probably featured on Miami Vice for over $15. And the icing on the cake, in the glass at the counter, rocks for sale for $3 that were literally individual landscaping white filler PEBBLES and small actual rocks! A rock! For $3!? I am baffled as to how this place stays in business. It looks like my grandmother's home where everything was cheaply made and popular in the 80s.
