I called ahead prior to my visit, and I believe it was the manager who assisted me. He was exceedingly helpful and took the time to thoroughly educate me on a product I was interested in trying.
Upon visiting the following day, the manager had not yet arrived, but the young gentleman behind the counter provided equally excellent service. He not only offered guidance and further education on the product but did so with a remarkable level of friendliness and professionalism. I would unreservedly recommend The Dungeon for its knowledgeable and personable staff💚.

Pro's Reliable, always has the product you need. Along with good customer service and trip into the dungeon is always nice. Cons: it's gonna be 2x as expensive as everywhere else you go. Ina pinch its great, but with so many other options around with cheaper prices its easy to pass the dungeon and simply go anywhere else

Really great customer service! So I went in for a particular cartridge that he didn't happen to have on hand and he opened a brand new vape and sold me a cartridge knowing that he wouldn't be able to sell that vape to a customer until he got it replaced. Ill be back for sure.

The son and dad are very friendly but other employees are kind of Snoddy. Some of their product is high but they work with you on stuff for the most part

they never let me down here, always keeping the store a friendly place to go. the store always smells good when you enter and yours always greeted when you come In, and that's not even mentioning the high quality products they provide. genuinely one of The best shops in Chico.
