My kids needed some new clothes for school. Tilly's had some great deals on certain clothing items. I'm glad that the cashier pointed out a deal we missed.

Absolutely the worst staff ever. While shopping with my wife and adult autistic son, manager Sandra told a coworker to " keep an eye on that weirdo guy" referring to our son. My son has autism, tourette syndrome and epilepsy but that DOES NOT MAKE HIM A CRIMINAL! He has never shoplifted in his life nor does he engage in any other kind of criminal behavior. He doesn't smoke, drink or do any kind of drugs, so for her to be so rude and stereotypical towards him is not ok. Having a disability is not a crime and for her to pass judgement on someone just because they're different is wrong. I told my wife to not buy anything from a store that employs such ignorant people, but she completed her purchase anyway and then we left. However we refuse to ever shop there again. I WILL NOT spend my hard earned money at a place that allows employees to automatically assume someone is a criminal just because they have a disability. Especially a member of management. Disgusted.

What’s up with the two chicks working at tillys today 5/2/24 at around 1:40-2:00pm? I’m literally just shopping trying to find an outfit for a concert so I try on two bodysuits and as I’m getting dressed one of the chicks is standing outside the door “do you need any other sizes? Sounds like you’re done in there?” What the hell, so you’re listening to me change? I thought you confirm with the shopper if it all worked out when they leave the dressing room? Totally the weirdest experience ever, I should’ve been more rude to her about how weird that was but I was kinda in shock. Then I decided I hated how they looked so I wanted to look around for something else, the two chicks gave me the weirdest looks just staring me down the entire time I was trying to just focus on finding an outfit for the concert. Super weird considering the fact it’s tillys and it’s always chill when I shop here but that was just straight up the weirdest experience ever. Those girls need to be taught proper customer service and professionalism skills. I get it you’re trying to look out for thieves but that’s not how you do it. Be more discreet, don’t make the customer uncomfortable and don’t assume they are stealing until you see something. I probably won’t go back at that time of day again because they might be working and I’d rather shop in peace.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been here 1/2 and not one of the employees have acknowledged me or my daughter. This is obviously not a business with customer service in mind.

This Tilly's is by far the friendliest and most helpful location that I have ever visited. The employees are very people oriented and more than willing to go above and beyond. On my visit today I was helped by Lilian on the floor when I was struggling to look for a specific item and was given the best answer for what I needed. They took their time to give me the best information so that I could make the proper decision on my purchase. As I got to the register, I was greeted by Lily who had great, positive energy and great customer service. My trip today couldn't have gone any smoother. The location owner is very lucky to have a solid, hardworking team!

Great store and great styles. Although you're likely to have a good shopping experience, working here is another story. It's kind of ironic that the Tillys brand emphasizes and promotes inclusivity when their hiring process is similar to a high school popularity contest. Just find it kind of sad when your job is more contingent on people liking you than the quality of your work, but then again it is retail. I've experienced places with similar dynamics, Tillys just takes the cake in being the worst in that regard.

Misleading sale prices. The Black Friday deal was buy one get one 50% off. Which means one would get 25% off if you buy two items of the same price. This isn't a deal to write home about but in all honesty it's a decent sale considering it was store wide. The problem is they don't give you 50% off the lowest sticker price. They give you 50% off the original price. Since most items in the store are already "marked down" from the "original price" you end up getting about 10% less what you would have paid any other day, not 25. This is a sneaky sales tactic. I value clean, honest and truthful business and these types of things rub me the wrong way. I will never return.

Love some of the staff, am not very fond of the rest. They do not help and I can clearly hear them talking badly about the customers' appearances. I did notice one employee in particular who was extremely nice--Mario. Mario helped me find everything I was looking for, and more.......

Had such a awesome customer experience here! I was helped by a associate named Mario and he was super nice and so helpful! Although the associate Jared was very rude and unhelpful, luckily Mario was there to help and be kind! Will only go back if Mario is working.
