I am grateful for how helpful and friendly the service has been from Tim and the rest of the team. I am always greeted with smile and all my questions are answered. I feel that they have my best interest and guide me appropriately.

We needed both our corporate and personal taxes for our new business. We worked with 2 other CPA's and weren't happy with their knowledge and communication. We met with Chandese at Tittle and Co, and we were super happy! She and the team saw right through our bookkeeping mistakes and knew exactly how to correct them. We had a complex network of accounts and they prepared our taxes quickly and set us up with our prepay coupons for the next year. They help us with notices we get from the IRS over the phone or email, so we don't have to make a million appointments for simple questions. They are even sending a senior accountant to our office to look over our desktop Quickbooks to make adjustments and clean it up! We are SO relieved to have found this company!

I met with an accountant here to see about hiring them. My spouse and I had a decent meeting. It was nice because we didn't feel rushed and the meeting was about 45 minutes. But after deciding not to use their service, they sent us a bill for $213. We had never been told there was a consultation fee so just be aware.

I have to agree with Rachelle B's review. They might be good for large companies with complex tax filings, but for individuals, not so much. I had one minor amendment to a previous year's return--one that would have taken me less than an hour to do myself for both federal and CA (and probably 20 minutes for Tittle & Co.)--and they wanted to charge me almost like it was a new filing. In fact, I contemplated doing the amendment myself because I thought it might go that way, and indeed it did. Disclosure: After protesting the size of the fee, they ended up charging me nothing and instead "fired" me as a client, presumably because I was not on board with just going along and accepting oversized fees without question. So, if you have plenty of money to spend on accounting services and you want them to do everything for you, they will work just fine. But if you are a little more involved in checking and reviewing taxes (and I did find errors), you will probably come into conflict with them, and you will spend a lot.
