“Hands down, the best smoke shop experience I’ve ever had! Mike is an incredible salesman and a genuinely kind-hearted person. He went above and beyond to make sure I got quality products instead of cheap, disappointing ones. I picked up a dab rig, and he recommended upgrading to one of his $20 banger kits—best decision ever! Not many shops take the time to educate customers and help them avoid issues like a banger cracking after just a couple of uses. Mike gave me a great deal on a high-quality one that’s built to last. If you want top-notch service and to be treated like royalty, go to Hi Five Tobacco by Orogrown and Nobby’s. You won’t regret it!”
“Everyone at this store is so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today I was in the store and they have a big display with free Narcan. I work in healthcare and feel Narcan should be available everywhere in these scary times. It's safe to use, and you may save a life. I am so impressed that this place saw a need and filled it. “Been going to this smoke shop for a few years. I've never had any bad interactions and the staff has always been very friendly and informative. They have a large variety of items from incense all the way to cigars. There were a couple of things I couldn't find but the vibe is worth the trip every time. This is always my go to smoke shop when I'm in Chico.”
