“I called for tow service for a friend of the family who is only 16 and just learning the ropes of driving. He was broke down on 20th street during rush hour. I contacted Ernie and he showed up very professional and prompt. Skillfully pulled the car out of traffic with precision and speed as to not disrupt traffic any longer than necessary, all while being extremely safe. The car was delivered immediately to my residence so I could do the necessary repairs to get the kid back on the road so he had transportation to and from school and work. I would highly recommend Ernie to anyone in the area, thank you good sir!!!!

Then Chico Economy Tow answered and said he would be there in 20 mins... and he was and was also friendly. Thank you ?”

“Had to get a tow tonight through AAA. Driver was dispatched and out to me within an hour which was totally reasonable. The driver is what gets 5 stars though, I had Shaun pick me and my car up and he was great. Incredibly professional, and an absolute pro at what he does. I asked him to put my car in the back gates at an auto shop that has veryyyy tight parking. He backed his big flat bed in and delivered my car to the exact spot no problem. Shaun is an absolute asset to this company, and a joy to ride with. Thanks to him for making a stressful situation so easy!”

They did a fabulous job color matching my paint. They worked extra hard to get the work done before the holiday so I could visit family. I would take my car back to this shop.”
