Appointment was at 10:30am. Was called around 9:30 by Ray i believe was his name that they had a cancelation and could get me in sooner. I arrived at uhaul at 10. They took my highlander in within 10 mins. I was out of there by my original scheduled install time. Really awesome on speed and time.

Never had any issues with these guys, very quick check in and check out time. Also very easy drop off. 4th time renting from them so far.
