They are so quick and thorough! Andrew is so friendly and really makes sure you understand exactly what is wrong with your car and the details and steps you need to take to fix your car. My car was serviced within 2 days and was a very reasonable price! Will continue to come here in the future and recommend them to anyone that is dealing with transmission issues.

We have taken two trucks for a diagnostic check on transmission, and both were in good shape, honest shop and they found a minor issue on son's truck and gave us a quote to fix and it was done! Price was reasonable! Had no idea they did repairs other than transmission work. So when you're busy and don't have time to do yourself, it was worth it! Highly recommend!

Great customer service! I thought I was having transmission issues Andrew scheduled me within a week time (granted it was the holiday season).They looked at my car and ruled out transmission issues and actually gave me guidance on where to look next! Super grateful!

We were traveling and had some issues with our truck not wanting to shift into 1st gear and even though they were booked up they took the time to steer us in the right direction and get us home safe. Would highly recommend.

I have been to Transmatic 3 times this week...I am currently rebuilding my own transmission. I ended up breaking some parts and needed a special tool to get it back together. They sold me the parts I needed so I didn't have to buy a whole kit, saving me time and money. They also used their specialty tool to get one part back together and didn't charge me. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable...Thanks guys!

Customer service was top notch. Called Andrew Tuesday last week and got a little education about my car's transmission. Friday came, took it in to the shop. 2 hrs later, car was ready to pick up. My car was smooth like it's brand new. I paid half of what I would have paid the dealership for one service. Check them out.
