“This was the only car repair shop that was able to get my car in immediately, and also were able to work on my Volvo car. They were extremely transparent about findings after doing a diagnostic, and my options. And sent a very clear invoice breaking down pricing and sourcing of all of the parts used in repair. They also have amazing financing options that I haven’t been offered any where else. I would highly recommend, I always worry about going somewhere new because you never know about quality of work or honesty on how much work will cost, but I found they were extremely fair and just overall made me feel like my car was in good hands!”

“There are a few things as unsettling as car trouble when you are hundreds of miles from home, complicated by having all of your kid’s belongings in the back of your car in preparation for college move-in! Fortunately, Chico Car Care was recommended by our towing company. David and Josh were amazing in trying to get my 2018 Pilot’s issues diagnosed in the late afternoon. Fixing it ultimately required time the next day, but they were kind enough to garage the car overnight so that nothing from inside got stolen, and had me on the road as soon as possible the next day. They were sincerely trying to keep me from getting stranded again, and I couldn’t appreciate all of their help, amazing communication, and effective repairs more! Thank you, Chico Car Care! The company my husband works for has an office in Chico, and now we know who to recommend to the other employees should they ever need car repairs!”
