Convenient location earns this store 3 stars. Rude employee (just the one lady) who apparently gets a power kick out of being rude has made my tasks difficult and frustrating several times while being blatantly rude to me. Refusing to accept return packages as they arrived to me, not allowing me to walk to my car to get the absolutely required tape because a label was already on my package (?), ignoring me to finish taping up boxes behind the counter, refusing to serve me because there were two people in front of me (not really, they were using the self service area for Amazon returns), insisting I back all the way back to the door because two people were in front of me at the self service area even though I just needed to drop off a package at the counter, being talked down to, insisting that I use the self service kiosk for an Amazon return when I had waited my turn in line, and the list can go on and on. Sad that one person can ruin a place when there are so many others that are pleasant to interact with that also work there. The risk of having to deal with the one person is not worth a visit, though.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO TRISTAN ! UPS give dis man a raise ! Came in very close to closing extremely stressed and had a bunch of returns... despite my (prolly not very friendly) attitude and it being closing time on a Friday. TRISTAN was egar to help. customer service 10/10. Very kind and patient, thank you so much TRISTAN! you are appreciated 😊🙏

Such douchy cheapskates that they make you use the self service kiosk and expect you to you take the label backer trash with you, they are so self centered and greedy they don’t even provide a trash receptacle for your label they they insist you take care of yourself, , places like this should be boycotted until they understand they are nothing without the consumer

Always a pleasure to get helped here. A lot of dumb old people who expect you to do everything for them at these types of stores. It’s not hard to return a package yourself especially with Amazon providing labels… if you are an adult and need help packaging something maybe you are part of the problem

The previous reviews are true. Save a trip and don't come here. The employees are not helpful, nor do they want to work, and many have bad attitudes. I had to walk back out to a different ups on mangrove instead.

You have lazy employees standing around doing nothing and refusing to help with Amazon returns because they want you to do it on your own. Not a big deal if it’s not use. However, when it’s being used and the employee doing nothing says he can’t help, that’s where I draw the line. Do better, it’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason.

I went in to print a label and ship an item. The male worker was being rude to me for no reason and refused to give my receipt. I asked for it twice and he wouldn't give me my receipt.

I just moved to Chico and opened a post office box at this location. Robbie helped me get things set up, was very efficient and knowledgeable and made it so easy. When he sees me walking in the door and I have packages, he just goes and gets them for me. Nice to have that Personalized service. Would recommend this location 1000%.

I always have great experiences at this location! Robbie is always so helpful. Honestly, all the workers are always super helpful and so nice. If I can avoid USPS at all costs and just come to this UPS location for all my returns and shipping needs I definitely come here. Thank you for always making things so easy and fast!

Dropped off a package to be shipped. One side could use a small amount of tape, around 3-4 inches, to make a bit more secure. They charged $1 for that piece of tape. Seriously! when I asked if the owner was there, I was told they are from Sacramento. Never ever going back. I am going back to Postal Station on Mangrove which is locally owned and customer service is important.
