ROBBIE was so helpful. Besides being helpful he was super knowledgeable. Helped me with Amazom returns and UPS mailings. Wish all customer service people were as helpful as he.

Best UPS store in town by a MILE. Unlike others, employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Glad to have found it!

I try to give the benefit of the doubt. This is the third time in a row that nothing goes right at this location. I'll go out of my way to avoid it even though its the closest to me. Marginal customer service, loud music (two times), and my print order that says it should have been done, wasn't started and the staff couldn't unlock the system to print it. Unprofessional and a waste of a professional's time.

I never write reviews, but every time I have to have any contact with the manager, the urge to give some feedback gets stronger and stronger. Her attitude is the opposite of what "Customer Service" is. I have been in customer relations my entire adult life and have never witnessed someone who is in desperate need of some basic training - maybe throw in a 'genuine' smile every once in awhile...no need for passive/aggressive smiling...I have a 14 year old that does plenty of that.

DO NOT PRINT FROM THIS LOCATION!! Do not print from this location! They are robbing customers and abusing the power they have on how much they can charge for printing services! I am visiting and pay in San Diego about $1 and something in change to print labels! This place charged almost $4.00 for one label! They will charge 2.99 for the “printing service fee”. This charge of this size would make sense if I was printing multiple pages but I printed ONE PAPER. How can you charge 2.99 for that service fee? What’s the service fee I literally still had to email the paper and your associate simply clicked one button to print the paper! My package was already packaged and everything was ready to go! Honestly very disappointed it doesn’t make sense to me at all how you can charge a customer that much to print one label where the cost of paper cost this companies CENTS. Such a greedy practice to charge that 2.99 fee for using the computer. My San Diego location charges this fee as well but $3!!! That’s absurd and abusing/taking advantage of customers. DO NOT PRINT FROM THIS LOCATION!! Receipt attached to show proof!

The woman in charge was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I picked up a package from the store which I had shipped there from newegg.com, a large electronics retailer. I selected the UPS drop-off option because I was concerned with the possibility of the package being stolen off of my doorstep. I was informed upon arriving at the store that I would have to pay a $10 fee for letting the package sit there in this store for all of half an hour. The woman lectured me saying that she had no way of knowing the package was going to be there. nowhere either on the UPS website or on the Newegg website was I warned that there would be any charge associated with picking up the package. So it was completely understandable that I would be surprised upon being asked to pay a fee. However, this woman talked to me like I was stupid for not knowing that there would be a charge for picking up the package. It was just shocking to me how unpleasant she was over such a minor misunderstanding when she could have just as easily been nice and explained what happened while being courteous and patient. It's not even about the money, it's the way that she acted & the way that she talked down to me. I don't expect everybody to be all smiles all the time, but this woman had such a massive frown on her face, it was unbelievable. She acted like I was creating a huge headache for her even as she was charging ME money. Then after lecturing me like a misbehaving child, she proceeded to try to sell me the UPS subscription. Way to warm up the customer... no effing way I was going to that! It was a very negative experience and I will never be returning to this store ever again. Again, it's not about the money. I just refuse to work with people who act like insufferable jerks.

Friendly and helpful staff...quick service. Expensive though. $2.99 to fax the first page and $1.99 per page after that.

Fantastically great UPS and mailbox store. I've had a mailbox at this location for over 20 years because they are hands down the best. Very friendly staff that is super helpful, greets you by name, and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I can walk in grumpy (which at my age seems to be a perennial condition, Haha) and I walk out smiling. Great place.

I needed to go in and have some documents notarized under a very sensitive situation with the loss of my spouse. The girls in the store were so sweet and so helpful and so compassionate that they made a difficult situation a lot easier many thanks to the UPS store

Zero Stars! Rude Rude Rude! The teller could not be more disrespectful and aggressively obnoxious. Scolded me for being 2 prepaid return labels bluntly "splaining" that I can't use both. Followed by, "so what one do you want to use?" I said I didn't care - just wanted to return it and get a receipt." If you don't like your job or are having a bad day--quit or take a break! Such a brief encounter and such a waste of my time!

I am required to drop off my Amazon package at the East Ave location, even though it is completely across town from where I work and I just got tuned away from dropping off my package because their door was broken. Really?!?
