Not the fault of employees, service is horrible. It was error after error due to reliance on tech. I finally had to close as they do not value my time.

They have terrible service...they are courteous but always seem to be short of help...have to wait even if you are the only one standing there. Drive up same thing...if they are busy inside they do not have enough people to come to the drive up window.Today I wanted to open a HSA( health savings acct)...was told they don't offer that anymore. Time for me to change banks.

Horrible customer service from the branch manager Sally M. Retraining on customer service is a must. After reading reviews I can only assume this is an ongoing issue and possibly will not end anytime soon.

Probably the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. . 2 customers inside, myself an a couple already being helped. 3-4 tellers. it takes like 5-10 minutes for the teller to call me up to the window( after she ignores me an goes to the drive up window to apparently help a truck that drove up an then left. I'm There to cash a work check, asks for my SS number to put in there system in order to build a file. I say "It's already in there." ( I don't want to write down my SS number) she finally looks up my lic number. Starts counting money puts change on counter( doesn't count it).

After an unfortunate fender bender in this bank branches parking lot my insurance adjuster attempted to request security footage from the bank because the other party was lying about the incident. My adjuster noted that Sally Mendez the bank manager was rather rude when he requested the footage and stated it would only be released to law enforcement. I contacted the local police department and an officer was awesome enough to take time out of his busy day to go by the bank and ask for the footage. Again Ms. Mendez refused to give the footage (come to find out she doesn't have the authority to give any of that footage out nor does the local branch store the recordings) or even allow the officer to view the footage. The request ended up being passed up to their security division which denied the release of the footage because it was a "civil" issue. I am frustrated that a business with a logo on their sign saying "five star customer service guaranteed" is not even giving one star customer service. I was in no way asking for anything that would give out personal information, I was simply asking for the bank where I have been for close to 10 years, to help out and provide the facts of what happened in a 30 second video clip, at most, and live up to the "Customer service" that they have plastered all over their business. Unfortunately they failed at every turn, even when I spoke with Robert Stanton the District Manager. I will be working over the next week or two now to move all of my accounts out of U.S. Bank and to another bank that will hopefully provide the actual customer service they advertise instead of just lies and lip service.

Went to cash out my disability card there and have the money put in my account. While the teller was cashing out my account, the machine went down. They told me to come back later that day to get my funds. I then went to Bank of America to cash out the card but was told there was no money on it but there was a pending transaction. I went back to us bank to ask them about it and they refused to help me. They just said to call the number on the back of the card. Bank of America refused to help me until the transaction stops pending. So thank you US Bank for screwing me out of hundreds of dollars!!

Definitely feel the genuine care here today! Rockstar manager Sally and employee Eric truly helped me thru a tough situation with my account that otherwise was not going to be able to be resolved in the time I needed it to be. I was really worried that I was powerless in this mishap, but Sally showed me that the people here at US Bank do actually care and for that I am extremely grateful. Thanks again you guys! Have a Happy Halloween! :]

I have been banking at this branch for more than 10 years, Sally is the most professional and kindest person ever, and her staff is also so kind, Very helpful and most considerate! I love them all. USBank is the best bank over most any other bank and I have tried them all. I will NEVER leave this Bank the go out of their way to make sure your needs are met, and that you have the best service.

This bank does things that in my opinion is pure theft. On one occasion I paid a bill with my debit card and enough funds in the bank, 3 days later another bill came in that I wasn't prepared for and it gave me an overdraft. Since they had not yet funded the first payment that the funds were there for after being in pending for 3 days, they charged me an overdraft fee on both payments when there was only a shortage for one of them. Pure out right BS and I will be closing my account there.

Sally the “manager” has the best customer service. I’m lying by the way. Everytime I come to this branch I’m treated horrible with no reason. It really seems like they don’t want to communicate with anyone and treat you like you are supposed to know everything about their business. Always long waits and unhappy customers always. Apparently they don’t have anyone able to help people even tho there is always 4-5 people just sitting around doing minimal. Go to any other branch besides the one on esplanade in Chico. They are all way more friendly and happy to help their customers unlike sally and the esplanade staff. I would give 0 stars if possible. Just saying customer service could be way better sally.
