I had a package with just two bottles of vitamins shipped from here to OC, and it was stolen right before it even made it to the Sacramento center (which is apparently just the first stop). You might want to avoid sending anything valuable from this location.

I needed a money order for a transaction, and this post office made it incredibly easy. The process was straightforward, and the cashier was efficient and polite. I was in and out in just a few minutes, which I really appreciated. The fees for the money order were very reasonable compared to other options I had considered. The office itself was well-organized, and the staff maintained a positive attitude despite the steady stream of customers. It's great to have a reliable place to handle financial transactions like this. I highly recommend their money order services!

0 stats. They put my expensive camera in a lockbox that is far too small to pull the camera out, and they refuse to answer any calls, federal or local usps, what a disappointment of a company, another government letdown

Old guy with beard and white hair at front desk is probably the worst customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with couldn’t even let me talk or get a work out without cutting me off then told me I can’t do a hold mail when it is my right to do a hold mail. Worst post office ever. Guy just seemed like he wanted to ruin everybodies day

Blonde female employee is unbelievably rude. Walked in to ask some questions and she interrupted me multiple times in an attempt to get rid of me as fast as possible. Pretty much yelling at me the whole time as well. Horrible service.

So, when you break your iphone, apple allows to send a replacement. But, you must ship back your broken phone or you will be charged the entire amount of the phone. I did my return shipment and the package was either LOST , or STOLEN. I talked to the lady multiple times and she says "oh it has to have got there, if not check in a few days". IT WAS NEVER EVEN SCANNED , on my end. I was charged 1k, plus still have to pay for my current one. Please avoid this place at all cost.

The Chico USPS is an embarrassment from top to bottom. The checks and balances do nothing to protect the rights of consumers. The parking is a total joke. The USPS is another disappointing aspect of Chico.Unprofessional. Rude. Abusive. Lazy. Incompetent. Abuse of power. Egotistical.
