This review is for Nathan at the parts counter. Nathan helped me out in a big way on a water pump for an older Deere engine. None were in stock in all the locations but Nathan didn’t stop there. He was able to locate me one at the Deere parts depot and had them set it out for me to go get. I was in a bad spot with a machine down and Nathan went the extra mile to get me up and running.Thank you

So I walk into the store and Ruben E. cheerfully greets me. I tell him that I need a new starter string for my Stihl saw. I showed him my situation and he told me to hold on for one second. I saw him looking around and sure enough he came back with another guy. This guys name was Nathan F. and he immediately began to figure out what was wrong with my saw. I apologized for the saw being so dirty. He cheerfully responded saying, "no problem." Right there on the front desk he began to take the saw apart. Shortly thereafter, he told me that I had the park on backwards. So, he proceeded to put the part on the right way. Once it was all said and done I asked how much he would charge. He responded," no charge." What a class act! Nathan and Ruben are really good guys. And if I owned a business I would certainly headhunt both of them. If ever I need a part for my equipment I'm coming to you guys. Thanks again!

I am in the market for a riding lawn mower. I stopped by to see what was available and or what my options were. I did not see any machines on the showroom floor so I asked the two guys behind the counter if they had or carried any riding lawnmowers. They both looked at each other almost as if they didn't know what a lawnmower was. And we're only able to tell me that the salesman wasn't there right now. I asked simply if there were any mowers on site I could look at, at this point an employee from the shop had entered the showroom/ office area and the other guys asked him. His response was that there may be some around back. I tried to clarify if that was a yes or no and he said he would go look. After a short period he came back and said there were a couple mowers out there but he thought they were already sold but I was welcome to go look at them. I had to ask where they were exactly on the lot as the employee just pointed in a vague direction from inside the building. He stated I needed to walk around the side gate and they would be towards the back. I walked out and around the side gate only to find various equipment, there were some mowers mixed in but could not tell what was new and what was in for service etc. With the poor level of customer service I decided that this wasn't the place to make such a purchase.

Salesman Barney is great, I didn’t actually end up purchasing a tractor from John Deere but I really appreciated all the time Barney took to ensure I and my family had all the details We needed. I ended up going a different route do to some key product differences, not because of Barney. After the fact I was looking for an attachment and Barney searched and tried to help me out. Really appreciated it

Brought them a motor that was turned down by everyone else in town as a last ditch effort. I was expecting a dealership type experience but boy was I wrong! They got right to work on it and charged a fair price. It seems they actually love what they do here. Highly Recommend (Especially Eli)
