“You guys are always the best. I was so scared that something serious was happening with my boy and you were all so kind and so helpful. He feels so much better, I can’t thank you enough!”

“A very clean and well staffed hospital. A good choice for clients who own diagnosed hyperthyroid cats. They offer I-131 treatment for feline hyperthyroidism. Their I-131 program is very well coordinated. I really recommend this hospital to cat owners who are searching for thyroid treatment.”

“Great with dogs! All the staff are so personable and helpful. They are upfront about all of the costs for a visit. They're also good at communicating what they're planning on doing for your dog. Great at answering questions! If you're looking for a vet in the area or looking to change vets I would highly suggest checking out Erickson's!”

“Was a quick affiecient visit. My dog has heart problems and the vet continued my dogs medication as expected the visit was 56$ and they gave me 12 refills for the year so I don't have to go every month and get his prescription and pay for a visit. However they did mess up and ony gave me one pill instead of 30 days it was a Friday and was closed till Monday so that was frantic for me. But they resolved on Monday.”

“The first vet we saw here didn't seem to care much about my old dog, and it just wasn't a good experience. But then I went back and saw Dr Crowson and he was excellent, I was so pleased. The one thing I don't appreciate is that if you have an older dog who is on daily medication, they won't simply call in the rx. You have to go and get a physical Rx, take it in, wait or come back -- it's such a time waste. Apparently they had a bad experience with a pharmacy and no longer call them in. So just a heads up if they're way out of your way.Other than that, Dr. Crowson is terrific and I highly recommend him.”

“What a great vet. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in to the office until we left. Our puppy loved Dr. Darling and that love was reciprocated. No pressure, no up-sells, just extremely good care. Big thanks to all the staff!”

“Our kitty had what looked like (to us) a swollen broken paw/arm. It started oozing a pinkish fluid and we panicked and took him to valley oak as it is the only emergency vet in town. We were expecting to not be treated very well and to be blown off as they were so busy. Instead, a vet tech (Emily B) took the time to take us back in a room and assess our cat to see whether or not he needed emergency care. She determined it was just an abscess that had came to a head. She took the time to express the fluid and put some cleaning solution on it. She told us this was not an emergency and to wait for an appt with our regular vet to save us (majorly) in expenses. We walked out with peace of mind and no charge from them. I am extremely grateful for Emily Bs expertise and professionalism. She treated our kitty and us so kindly in a stressful situation. Very thankful to have gotten care from Emily today.”

“Terrific option for low cost spay & neuter (especially with the Paw Prints voucher). I recommend calling ahead of time if your pup is anxious at the vet to work out sedation meds beforehand, so you don't end up coming back for a second visit. It will take at least 2 months to get an appointment; plan accordingly. Vet assistants were friendly and kind, easy to work with.”

“Our dog Chandler was in a dog fightand his throat was torn up. We went to VCA around 7pm and the staff was awesome. The vet tech was as good as a vet when telling us the damage and treatment. Dr Hicks took over and we could not have felt more comfortable . He performed the surgery and gave me a call around 2am. The update he provided was extensive and complete. He was amazing. Our Chandler is recovering and very comfortable. We are grateful and thankful for the attention and quality of their care for our family. Thank you all”
