“Only high quality goods. Service is hit or miss.
Our first experience was great, very friendly staff and our dog loved it! This last experience had poor service. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and opted to blank stare at customers obviously wanting help getting cookies from behind the counter.
The toys, feed, and accessories are all very nice items and there are options not available at larger corporate pet stores.

“My three bunnies love their pellets and hay. This is really high quality stuff. I had one bunny with pretty significant tummy sensitivities which is why I switched to Rabbit Hole Hay. His tummy sensitivities are gone and he is happier than ever. All three of them have beautiful, shiny coats I attribute to their hay. Very convenient subscription service.”

“Our cat looks and smells fantastic after a trip to the groomers here. Maddie has been grooming our 20 year old cat for several years. She is knowledgeable and gives me pointers for caring for our cat’s grooming needs at home. We can usually get an appt within a week. Highly recommend.”
“If you've never been to one of these stores, its basically a Petco mixed with a hardware store for the rural crowd. Its impressive how you can find nearly everything, including great snacks. Website is easy to navigate as well.”
“Have two dogs that that I like to spoil a little bit so I like to pretend to get them higher end food and treats. Not only further a health reasons but just for quality and ingredients. PetSmart seems good dog foods. They are quality made ingredients and have lots of different treats. I just wish it wasn't so expensive”

“Money is tight for everyone these days, making it more difficult for many to care for their pets. If you need pet food, these guys are there to help. I was able to get wet and dry food for my cats, all I had to do was ask.”
“I haven't been in the store much, but when I have, the employees have been very friendly and helpful. I had to get an approval for my dogs prescription and it was a smooth easy process. I am so glad they sell his food in individual cans. He tried a different brand that we bought online and he refused to eat it. We had to buy a case of it and now it sits. Petco made it easy for us to try the new food without spending a fortune.”
