“I called a few weeks ago and I booked a grooming appointment for my little poodle mix to get a haircut. They were a little booked out but they explained that each groomer only works on one pup at a time so that explained that and also made me feel way more comfortable leaving my baby with them. I’ve attempted my own at home haircuts a few times recently so I figured I should get my baby girl pampered lol the groomer was so friendly during check in and listened to me ramble on about what I wanted. Barely over an hour later they texted me and when I saw my pup I could not handle it she looked so cute!! I’ll definitely be back for another haircut with these guys. So worth it!”

“Only high quality goods. Service is hit or miss.
Our first experience was great, very friendly staff and our dog loved it! This last experience had poor service. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and opted to blank stare at customers obviously wanting help getting cookies from behind the counter.
The toys, feed, and accessories are all very nice items and there are options not available at larger corporate pet stores.

“My three bunnies love their pellets and hay. This is really high quality stuff. I had one bunny with pretty significant tummy sensitivities which is why I switched to Rabbit Hole Hay. His tummy sensitivities are gone and he is happier than ever. All three of them have beautiful, shiny coats I attribute to their hay. Very convenient subscription service.”

“Mixed review: I love the grooming salon and all of the staff who are so friendly. However, I ordered a product online to be picked up at the store but never got it. Oddly, I received an email that my product was picked up—but it wasn’t me! I called the store and the manager admitted that they do have a problem with not checking people‘s IDs before giving the purchase away. The manager rectified the situation by replacing the product, which I will pick up today. Hopefully it’ll still be there when I get there.”
“Butte Humane Society is an outstanding shelter and clinic. I would probably trust Dr. Klein and all of the staff with my own life as much as I trust them with our pets. This place operates and empathy and dedication.”
“Money is tight for everyone these days, making it more difficult for many to care for their pets. If you need pet food, these guys are there to help. I was able to get wet and dry food for my cats, all I had to do was ask.”
“I went to our local Petco for a cat litter they had online, as I needed it immediately. They don't carry it in the store. I was helped by two employees to pick out a similar litter.”
