“Marissa did an awesome job with our almost 10 yr old husky piper. Piper can be a bit fear aggressive and snappy and we’ve had a hard time getting her groomed. Marissa kept us updated as well. We are very pleased and feel pleased that we found a groomer for piper. We definitely recommend her!”

“Daniel and the day chico pet works goes away is the day my soul dies. The pet trade is a horrible place in so many places, not here, never here. I havent been living in chico, moved back and needed live rock for a saltwater tank and met daniel. This is an employee that deserves everything they need, he showed a genuine love for the hobby with a great knowledge of the aquatic pets available. What set daniel apart was his honesty, it's why ill be buying from petworks for anything and everything i can. As a freshwater hobbyist ive dealt with every disease and problem from a-z due to dishonesty from the store. Daniel let me know what the store has had problems with in the past, furthering my ability to mantain time frames for tank introduction and quarantine. Plus he's just such a nice and friendly person to hang out with.”

I recommend calling ahead of time if your pup is anxious at the vet to work out sedation meds beforehand, so you don't end up coming back for a second visit. It will take at least 2 months to get an appointment; plan accordingly. Vet assistants were friendly and kind, easy to work with.”
“This place is great. We have had many animals cats haha but we have had them dumped wehn ever we really need help rehoming them they always take care of us. I have to move and lose my cat and im sure hes happy with his new family. They did pumpkin he looked like a sexy cowboy kitty yes sir so if you need help ask.”
