Annie is the greatest. I was trying to find the pain relief spray my wife wanted on aisle 26 where the pharmacy had sent me the other day but it wasn't there and Google maps said the store didn't carry it. But l asked her since the pharmacy was closed and she directed me to the feminine care aisle. There it was plus a whole UTI section the pharmacy never told me about. Annie rocks. And her Spanish is fluent too.
I just the Chico police would do something about the homeless on the sidewalk outside with their scary dogs barking at everyone.

I love Collin the pharmacist. He is caring and provides the ultimate in customer service--better than anything I ever experienced anywhere else. It seems the store is having staffing problems in the prescription department. I sure hope Colin stays for a long long time

Spelling counts, I am also pretty sure these hours are incorrect on the sign. Pharmacy staff is really good though. I even told the manager a couple months ago that the hours were incorrect on the sign and it still has not been corrected.

Why would you guys have someone use a leaf blower in your parking lot at 7 in the morning, knowing that your lot backs up to residential areas? There's also always people fighting, using drugs, and blasting music there.

walgreens on nord has the worst management ive ever seen. while shopping there, enjoying myself with my gf, using the Ibotta app looking for deals, the manager on duty came and accused us of stealing and then when i confronted him about it demanding he look at the camera he instead said we were being weird and acting funny. when leaving i saw him at the checkout and assumed he was there to apologize after checking camera but instead he removed his name tag and ran to the back. working retail is no excuse to be a coward there are plenty of respectable men and women working in retail.

They are very nice to customers they always greet you as you walk in the front door, and no matter how long the line is they are very quick with their services. Also their Pharmacy is great.

Manager was rude and doesn’t uphold their promotional signage clearly stated on the shelf with multiple signs stating 70% off. The other employees are wonderful and it’s unfortunate that they have to work with such a rude manager.

WALGREENS ON NORD IS AN EXCELLENT PHARMACY. SARAH AND COLIN AND THEIR STAFF ARE ALL EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. I WAS FORCED TO GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY IN TOWN AND THEY WERE TERRIBLE.
