Sold my daughter a lemon! 3rd time back in service in less than 3 months! The first time back was hours after leaving the dealership. Now they are having issues fixing it in addition to finding more problems that is not covered. Unreal. They don't seem to care! Want a satisfied customer fix the problem not just take the down payment and then try to get more out of it. Not even trying to help and fix the situation. Actually blaming us for not knowing a used car may be an issue. Well duh! Bought a warranty for a reason.Service: Electrical repair

There service center is horrible at documenting note's on important issues like the 9.9 miles per gallon my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD gets, and I brought it in to be serviced before the warranty was up with the transmission slipping that it also has done from the time I bought it and I was told nothing was wrong with it now my transmission is out at 126,000 miles, this is my second Chevrolet Silverado I have ownedThe first one I traded in because the transmission did the exact same thing, so for $6827.00 I can buy another flawed transmission from Whittmeier Chevrolet?Or for $6100.00 I can take to Dirk's Automotive & Transmission In Oroville,California and they will rebuild the transmission and fix Chevrolets flaws and warranty it for 100,000 milesI AM NOT ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS WAS A MUST THANKS FOR SCREWING ME OVER.

These salesmen are shady as h*ll. Went to go buyout my lease for my Honda CRV and they tried to have me pay $5,000 more then what my car would sell for right now. Nice try guys. Take my advice and be like the salesmen at Yuba City Honda. They saved me $5,000 and were an absolute pleasant to work with.

Bought a used F150 for $30,000, the most important feature I required was a 3.5 Liter eco boost engine as I would be towing a light trailer. The salesman, who is either incompetent or straight up dishonest, sold me a 3.5 Liter non eco boost truck and I didn't notice the deception for a couple of weeks. I've been back many times to give Wittmeier a chance to show some integrity but not once would a manager come from "the back room" to meet with me. Personally, I'll never do business with Wittmeier again. To anyone reading this I say let the buyer beware, don't let Wittmeier make you a victim.

Bought a used car from wittmeier in chico as soon as we drove off a light came on the dash. A sensor was out had to argue with them they fixed it. After having the car 3 days we got heavy rain filled the door with water and the tail lights called they said they would fix it but we would have to pay half the cost almost $400. AFTER paying over $13,000 for a 20 yr old monte carlo with 84,360 miles on it. They told us when we bought it nothing leaked and everything was good with it. Will never buy another car from them again. Dirty dogs

Tried to sell me unnecessary parts for my car. Paid $195 for a diagnostic for them to tell me my alternator was bad. Wanted to charge me $1000 for alternator replacement. Went to get a second opinion and the alternator is fine since new battery was installed. Very shady dealing by the dealership. At the end they did make it right by refunding the diagnostic fee, however I would not trust them enough to take my car back there.

would give 0 stars if i could. horrible place to service your car. honda especially. we brought our car in, in the morning for a simple transmission fluid change and alignment check. we come back around 4pm when they tell us our car is done and they kept it all day and did absolutely nothing to it! nothing. told us the machine for the alignment check wasn’t working but didn’t even do the transmission fuel. they wasted our time. waiting all day in the heat or in their janky waiting room.i am absolutely displeased. i will never return here. go somewhere else if you want your car to be taken care of properly

2 months after replacing all 4 tires, along with maintence there are 2 bubbles with separation on both front tires that aren't covered by any kind of warranty by them. Went to les schwabb and replaced the tires again. And whoever answers the service department calls should get some retraining. Not only was she completely clueless, she had zero customer service skills. Do better Whittmeier.Services: Tires

Ok, when I’m wrong I admit it! I’m pretty sure I did a not so flattering review in the past. I was wrong! Bad month!!! I will preface by saying Nothing I hate more than a vehicle that won’t get me from point A to B and back again!! Grrrr! I love my Ford Escape! It is perfect for me, I know not for everyone but I have owned mine for a long time, no worries, no problems, never failed me. UNTIL: RECENTLY!! I really thought I was going to have to buy a new vehicle! I also love no car payments! Well, FOUR (4) times in less than three (3) weeks, it broke down on me, had to have it towed. I don’t live in Chico so I was stuck, hot waiting for a ride, towed vehicle to Ford Service, Wittmeier was the one, they fixed what they thought was issue, nope, keep it for a week next time, tried everything, changed this, checked that. Nope broke down again! Then it was a challenge for me and them. They had never come across something like this before, they worked and worked and tried things THEN…they found the problem!! This is one for the Books! They ordered the part, fixed it and WAH-LA!!!! FIXED! NO CHARGE!!!!! They had never run across this before, they were determined to figure it out, they felt bad that it broke down on me so many times, they had to make it right and they did!! Great guys, gals, smart people and like doctors, figure things out!! Love them, now they have my business forever!!Service: Electrical

Well , when we go to Wittmeier we go to test drive a vehicle we are considering to purcchase,, but not to actually purchase at Wittmeier because you can get a better deal just about anywhere else. Sacramento, Roseville , Yuba City, Corning and Redbluff to name a few. In fact we made a vehicle purchase 3 days ago in Redbluff. It was awesome! Thanks

shady af!!!! I bought a cute little Honda Civic. They told me they fixed a bunch of things * have the paperwork to prove it*. I only drove care less than a month, its been sitting ever since. I was told from an auto shop I needed a fuel pump , the dealership told me they put a new one it and car was running fine. I called and talked to service, they we so stuck up claiming to be "Honda specialists* my a**. I just hung up. Now i have to find a way to fork out 1200 for a fuel pump!

I have always had my Honda CRV serviced by Wittmeier since I bought it from them new in 2016, but I was disappointed with my last service visit. The service rep tried to sell me a lot of unnecessary products and whatnot ("oil conditioner"/additive when doing a synthetic oil change before the service interval?!), but it was pretty apparent it was just an up sell pitch and he was hoping I wouldn't know the difference, and when I questioned him about it he changed his tune quickly. It wasn't that he was pushy per se, but he didn't discuss these options with me and more implied they SHOULD be done (claimed they were recommended, though no one has ever mentioned, let alone recommended, them before), and already had them added on to the work order before I even okayed them. They threw in a free car wash (which has never happened before and I read it as a good faith gesture because he knew I was pretty dissatisfied) but this was too little too late. What makes me most upset is that if my wife had been the one to bring the car in she likely would have left with a bill well over a thousand dollars (more than double what it should have cost and what I ended up paying). Suffice it to say, I will be doing my own services in the future, and I will think long and hard before bringing my CRV or my new Odyssey in to Wittmeier for services in the future (and rest assured I'll be going through the work order with a fine toothed comb if I do).

What a great first impression.Brought in a new to us vehicle for some service, 2021 Blazer RS.Still under the factory warranty but I had a few minor issues. I was able to schedule an appointment without much of a wait. Brought the vehicle in and they took care of all the issues that same day.

I went in to schedule a couple recalls with oil change and rotation.Could not get windshield recall done due to broken window, I get that but I was told someone would call to set up oil change and rotation and still have not hear from anyone.
