They are supposed to be an Audi Specialist Shop. They tried and failed to repair a part that they should have known was an extended warranty part/repair. After numerous attempts to repair they told me to come pick up my unrepaired vehicle.

Not great. Took my BMW there to have a transfer case removed and replaced. Estimate was $500. As it turned out, they did not know how to do the job correctly. I stopped them when I realized they were unnecessarily removing the exhaust system. They charged me $160 to put back the parts they shouldn't have removed in the first place. I took the car to a shop that knew how to do it correctly. Took 2 hours and they charged $200. I told Dave how that shop did it. No comment, apology let alone refund. I would only go to Zeppelin for the simplest of jobs. Nothing major and certainly not for diagnostic work. If you know nothing about cars, this might not be a good choice. Gave it a second star because the shop itself quite nice.

I recently had my 1995 Porsche in for an oil change, first time customer and Dave was very thorough! He personally went over the car and had a few safety recommendations. So I picked up my car and was totally satisfied. I will be returning for the next oil change and service.

I took my 1999 VW Eurovan to Zeppelin for some work. No one else in town wanted to touch it except the dealership but I would never take it there. After reading the last few reviews, I was a little reticent; however, I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Dave gave me a quote and they stuck by it even though the van ending up needing a lot more labor than was estimated. Ryan, the technician, showed me what was wrong with the car and what needed to be done. He's meticulous and methodical in his work and knowledgeable. He did a great job and the van is running like a champ. They showed integrity with how they treated me and the van. I trust them to work on this vehicle which, I know, at times can be challenging and frustrating. The garage itself is immaculate and organized. I highly recommend them!

This garage is the best, and the technicians are honest, highly skilled, and meticulous. Ryan worked on my van, and they're lucky to have him. He took the time to explain and show me the work he had done. I had them work on my 1999 Eurovan camper which can be a bear to work on. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it though they ended up having to put a lot more time into it. Van is running like a champ and in the future, I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Happy I found them. Shop is immaculate and organized.... I highly recommend them!

WARNING: THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! 1. They ripped my seat and offered to pay $5 to help cover the cost of repair 2. They told me that is would take 3 years and $50,000 to rebuild my engine. Obviously, they just didn't want to do it. Charged me $300 for this BS quote! 3. Left my car out in the rain. Car was soaked inside when I picked it up. WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. DON'T IGNORE THE REVIEWS LIKE I DID!
