The worst pharmacy ever!!! I called them before, they says next day my prescription will be available, but when I went there they says they don’t have it, if I want I can buy from counter!

What a joke this pharmacy is. I made an appointment for a shot but when I got there they said it was too late. I was 10 minutes before my scheduled time. They said they were shot staffed and couldn't honor the online appointment.

Went to Albertsons pharmacy for a booster shot. Although they are busy, they were helpful and made sure that the paperwork was filled out correctly. Recommend

Pharmacy is really sucks. I went to there around 12 pm. They said lunch break and back on 1pm. And my prescription will be ready 1:30pm. I said ok then back for lunch. I came back 2:00. When I checked in people just stay there 10 mins and nobody ask. When they start call the line. Told me still not available. Ask wait 10 more mins. Just one pad and one bacitracin. And when I ask instruction. Said ask my doctor. Very unprofessional

3 stars makes sense. Hit or Miss here. Frances is AMAZING. I called to buy out the store on the water and she made me feel so valued however I never received a phone call from the Assistant Store Manager Ron to arrange as promised. Don't call Saturday morning Vanessa is so miserable to be at work and Roman is too. I believe it is a time to be grateful to have a job now more than ever. The worst thing a company can do for its brand is hire people who don't want to be there or don't want to help it's customers whether it's a weekend or morning or shouldn't make a difference. I much prefer consistency as a consumer and most importantly human.

I just want to caveat this by saying this review is solely for customer service - whoever answers the phones when someone calls and asks a question. I called today (multiple times) to ask a simple question, because I received a flower delivery from this store but could not track down the person who ordered it. My intention was just to ensure that I didn't receive something I shouldn't have, and that my identity or information wasn't compromised through a different application. I spoke to two different customer service representatives, and I was hung up on twice. Now the first time I chalked up to perhaps bad cell phone service... the second time, after being transferred and sent back to the same person, only to have the phone get picked up and hung up, that was clearly not an accident. Again, this is solely for customer service and has nothing to do with the quality of the food or products that are sold at this store. It is unfortunate that this had to happen. I understand that employees at grocery stores don't exactly need to have the best phone manners, since that isn't their core responsibility, but for a company as large as Albertsons, it is disappointing that the employees wouldn't even try to help with a simple request.

Thank you to Maria in the deli department. Maria was approachable and friendly and even though I had many questions she answered all of them with a smile. I didn't know what I wanted for dinner and she helped me decide by explaining the specials and deals. Thank you Maria! My meal was delicious! Now I know what to get all thanks to her. I'll be back to the deli because of her.

Today I went in around 4:30 pm I had asked a few workers where I can find raviolis unfortunately no one was able to help me out , so I asked Justin in the bakery Department if he could help me , thank god I approached him because he literally took the time after he assisted a customer to go walk with me to show me where I can find what I was looking for I truly appreciate his help I think the management should acknowledge him for helping me out today , oh and by the way he was very polite and generous and not in a bad mood like his other employees like the meat guy Robert he seamlessly looked mad rude and didn't want to help me out with what I asked for in the meat department!! Thank you Justin for being a great kind person through these hard times! God bless you
