This bank doesn’t give change? I’m pretty sure that’s not legal. I had a legal form of US currency I wanted to exchange tender for a smaller form of US currency and they refused service stating they did not do that type of business—yet they claim to be a BANK. Something is fishy here. Maybe it’s a front for money laundering. So if you want to wire your money to the Cayman Islands this is the place for you. If you’re simply looking to get change for a $50 so you can tip your aesthetician go to a real bank like Bank of America.

This bank doesn't give cash or change... I'm not sure that's legal?Additionally, the The security guard at the door was not wearing a facial covering. At this time it is state mandated that everyone must wear a facial covering in public. This business is not adhering to proper sanitization to slow the spread of COVID-19. I wouldn't feel safe banking here.

This bank is located within the rolling ridge plaza at the corner of Chino and Peyton Avenue. I walked inside but I was not able to take any photographs and it didn't seem like the people were interested in me telling them I was trying to update Google maps. So I cannot really review this place properly...

This bank location is a parking bully. I parked in an empty space in front of this bank with a 30 minute restriction and was told to move my car if I was not going to the bank. No where near this spot was there any mention of it being reserved for bank customers as I have seen it at other places before. Therefore it is free to any patrons of this shopping center. Only restriction noted was 30 minute parking. They don't own the parking space if there is no sign. I wonder if this shopping plaza management knows about their hoarding and bullying practice.
