This gas station still don't take credit cards, unbelievable. ??♂️ This convenience store not so convenient. ? I guess credit card machine on gas pumps are only there for looks.

This Arco is awesome on the graveyard shift! The employee who works there always has the store spotless and the coffee urns full!! I really appreciate his hard work!

This gas station steals your money! I was able to confirm. Not once, but twice. I went in and put 10 dollars in gas with cash because I had lost my wallet. I put gas and when I started my car, my mileage didn't go up. I thought "okay, we'll gas is pricey." Went again and put another 10, I started my car and my mileage went down!!! I thought something was up, so I went to circle k across the street, put 10 dollars, turned my car on and got 98 miles on the gas.!!! I drive a civic, so a little gas goes a long way.

Everyone is required to wear a mask during covid. This is not the first time I've complained about this store. The first time an employee was blowing his nose he didn't put his mask back on or sanitize how hands and proceeded to help me and take my money at the register.Then today the girls are not wearing their May saying they don't have to because their behind glad. It's for the protection of everyone not because you don't feel like being sanitary. This store needs to practice hygiene with their employees and customer's.

I walked into ampm today to get a few Snacks before work when I walked in there Dustin a worker there was mopping and didn't have a wet floor sign! That is very hazardous. He's lucky I didn't fall I would of made sure he got fired! the owner should consider getting a new employee. I was not satisfied with the customer service. Dustin was also following me around as I picked my snacks and he made me feel very uncomfortable! he kept giving me weird looks and creepy vibes. -Cindy P.

The staff here is generally nice, polite and helpful. The selection is much better than 7-11 across the way and much better than Circle K on the other side of the street. The customers though..... It's a total explosion of the worst people one can encounter in the city. I assume they all live in Los Serranos or Chino and come in by the boat load. I've seen drug deals in the parking lot, people urinating behind the building, etc. Not to mention the amount of cop cars that frequently show up there. Truly gross people hanging around there. They reek of poverty, cheap tacos and Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. The additional fee for using a debit card to pay is not quite on the Valero rip off level, but it's annoying. Raise your price if need be, but to blatantly charge a fee is ridiculous and should be banned by banks. Arco gas is not good for your car, but chances are if you go to this AMPM for gas, you do it because you are trying to save a penny and are driving a clunker anyhow!

Watch the " sales" on the window. They charge you full price. Then talk s*** behind your back when you question them on it. #1 learn how to speak English #2 learn how to read your own signs.
