I appreciate their selection of liquors and beers to boot! The staff were immensely helpful, sociable, and insightful. When I was purchasing a kegger for the first time, the manager had loads to offer in terms of experience and pragmatism. Thank you Bevmo, I'll be back soon.

Ok, to my followers, you know I rate places fairly, good or bad. I went to this store and was helped by a young lady who really tried to find what I was looking for. She earned the only star given in this rating. But when I went to the line to pay, I waited my turn only to be told " are you paying with card or cash. I replied " I don't know what the charge is so"... the cashier then said " well this is only card line" (very snippy). So I backed into the line, and when the next cashier was available, I went to that cashier who asked for my ID. (I know we can all agree that when you're 65+, you are surely above the age to purchase alcohol. And hey, you don't even have to show ID to vote!!) Anyway, I was directed to remove my ID from my wallet. I told him, "No, you can clearly see it through the clear plastic." I was then told my bill was over $150, and I paid it. The cashier stood there looking at me, and I said, " Aren't you going to put them in a bag?" He said, "Sure, but bags cost 30 cents." I said you gotta be kidding me," he said "nope". So all I can say folks is if these businesses including BevMo! Decide that they're not gonna spend some time with a little bit of quality service. I wont consider going back at this point in time, My thought is that i will be NEVER AGAIN go to this store. The reason is because they used to provide some form of service like they cared that we ( the customer) were there to buy their products. and charging me 30 cents for one little tiny bag to put my purchase in and carry it out is just the straw that broke the camel's back. I think I'll go back to Total Wine and More for better service and customer care.

I love bevmo in general. But this one always has super friendly staff that are really good at helping you in a promptly manner. Even when the store is packed. Can't go wrong coming here for a great selection or for getting for recommendations. Find it funny I've noticed they give samples of alcohol sometimes.
