I received a pair of earrings as a gift. One of the earrings broke. I took it here to send it back for repair. It came back and they repaired it with such a thin attachment that I knew it would break again and sure enough, within a week it broke again. They sent it out again and they fixed it again with a thin attachment and it broke again. When I took it back for a third time, I asked if they could replace it with a thicker attachment and they wrote it on the repair slip. They also wrote if can't repair to replace it. They called me when it came in and said it was not repairable, which it could be if they had used a thicker attachment, and they didn't offer to replace them. I got so upset that I had to take them back 3 times and then they just said they were unrepairable. I just left them there and forgot about them. My coworker wanted something from there for her birthday so I went there today and asked about my earrings and they couldn't find them. They called me later this evening and said they it was too long ago so they gave them to charity. So they gave a broken pair of earring to charity? They said they tried to mail it to me but I never received it. They called me once, why didn't they try and call again? I will never shop here for myself or anyone else. Poor customer service.

The ladies at Brighton are so friendly and helpful! The bags and jewelry are of fine quality made with genuine leather and silver-plated harware. The designs, especially, are stunning. I love my new bag and bracelet charm!

Excellent service and the sales partners are knowledgeable. Brighton stands behind their products with any repairs or replacements required. Brighton sells a quality product at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is welcoming and no pressure to buy. I'm in here on a regular basis and it's a joy. I've bought several items from here as gifts and friends rave about the products.

This is my third visit. I received a great customer service at this store. I came here to buy few personal gift charms to add to the bracelet collection. The charms were placed in a beautiful pouch in the gift bag.

I have been shopping here weekly or monthly for one year now. Based on negative reviews of poor customer service here on Yelp, that is your own perspective. Mine is simple, every employees here are older adults not teenagers or 30+ years old so all employees always mature and polite serving and helping me and other walked-in customers.

The women are very nice there. The brand is more focused on women. My grandmother really enjoys this store. Their exchange policy is really good. I did not like a purse I received and I switched it out for a watch. They take a lot of care in their products and you can tell from the employees.

My sister and I walked into the Brighton hoping to buy our mom a beautiful charm bracelet. Yet, there were three ppl working and no one bothered to greet us and ask us what we were looking for. They all piled on to what I'm assuming was one of their regular customers who already bought something. Then another person walked in and one lady immediately walked over to her to greet to her. She was also a regular which okay sure suck up to her cause she brings in commission for them. My sister and I couldn't find a small enough chain for our moms petite wrist. We were there for ten minutes and just decided to take our business online since no one was bothering to help us out. Granted we are younger compared to the people who usually come in, but that's not an excuse to just ignore us. I now see why people prefer shopping online so they can avoid rude encounters like that.
