We love the Norco location of Brunks but finally got a chance to see the new store in Chino Hill and man oh man is it nice. Love the location and the restaurant, great food to eat and to take home.
My wife and I had lunch, wife got the stuffed baked potatoe with brisket and I got the chicken club. Both were awesome. Also found out that they are adding a Steak house restaurant in Norco and we are excited.
The highlight of our visit was that we got to see Nicole. So happy to see the progression of your business...

I seriously can not get over my experience at Brunks Butchery! The full meat case had so much to look at and browse and at first I was overwhelmed with all the options but chef Ryan was able to guide me to order exactly what I was looking for! The whole staff is so knowledgeable and you can tell that cleanliness, quality, organization and the guests experience is so important to them. Will be back again and can not recommend enough to everyone!

I recently stumbled upon Brunk’s Butchery in Chino Hills, and let me tell you, I’m definitely coming back! The quality of the meat here is next level – fresh, juicy, and bursting with flavor. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they offer. The staff? So friendly and helpful, they made my visit feel like I was chatting with old friends, and even gave me some great tips on picking the perfect cuts. After just one visit, I’m already looking forward to becoming a regular. If you’re looking for top-tier meat and a great experience, Brunk’s is the place to be. I can’t wait to try more from their selection!

This place is garbage ordered a hamburger and a kids slider after waiting 30 minutes. The waitress came out and said they were out of fries. I said no worries bring the burger and we’ll just discount the fries. She came with the bill and said it’s $1.40 for two sides of fry’s subtracted from your Order on a $32 bill when you subtract the sides of fries only comes to $1.40 off ,thats ridiculous. Asked to speak to the manager waited 20 minutes and was told that the manager was too busy cooking the food in the back she couldn’t come out to the front and talk to me Instead they offered me the dollar and $1.40 off for two fries that I never received but if I wanted to take some of their rancid meat from their butcher pantry, they could give me five dollars worth ,this place is absolutely garbage, this place is a sinking ship and if I worked there, I would get off immediately as to not add up a casualty. Shame on you

Yes! Butcher shop in a mall. You need to check this out. We stopped in and picked up some cheeses. Mmmmm!!

We walked by looking for lunch and decided to stop in. We were the only table when we placed our orders, waited for about 40 minutes while other tables around us got their food before us. Left and went to go get food elsewhere, awful service and staff. Very disappointed

I had a big order of 12 sandwiches and sides and everyone wanted the sandwich their way. Ryan took the time to make sure the order was made correctly and labeled each box. The food tasted great and everyone was very satisfied with their meal. Brunk's staff really went the extra mile for me!!!!!

Had a private event here at Brunks for a book club. We got the charcuterie board and sliders. Everything was incredible, a great spread of crackers, cheeses, berries, these amazing pepper things with goat cheese, olives, etc.! You'll never grow hungry with this delicious food. They also have different sodas (among regular sodas); they have a cola with real cane sugar on tap that was really fun.

We didn't get to order! They don't have anything available as advertise. The waiter was clueless didn't even know what they had on their inventory to serve us; get this he said to us! "come back tomorrow, we will have everything you need" GTFOH! lmao who say's that to new customer that is trying your place for the first time. He acted like he didn't want us there. It is apparent it's Friday and it's empty! btw he said the owner is out right now shopping for supplies ( I swear Im not making this up). Lol shut it down already!

Absolutely no knowledge of what they are selling. I asked for a half pound of mortadella and they cut me about a mm thick piece of prosciutto. The cheese in the case was molding and the rest of the display was dry and withering. I'll post some pics on yelp

Tried to buy a dry aged steak & the kid at the counter said the slicer wasn’t working so we could buy the whole thing ($49/lb, the piece was 3+ lbs)
