We reserved a cargo van six months in advance and the day we were supposed to pick it up we got a call that they had no van for us and were giving us a 12' truck instead. We spoke with customer service as well and they just didn't care. In fact they blamed the local Budget office which made the manager very upset. The truck is too large for what we need it for and we didn't budget for gas for a box truck. So here's hoping we make it to where we need to go. Thanks, Budget ?

I experienced what everyone else has experienced. No cars, are there-- I reserved online so you can get in and out per their website when you arrive. As there are no cars, hea like you can wait for the car you reserved to arrive. Then, they try to offload a 250 mile max Tesla. If I had a charger at my home and I am not driving all over so cal, maybe. Housewives/ stay at home moms ...sign up! This is your local grocery getter. I digress. It was crap. My car isn't there I reserved, at 9am, when they opened ...the one I reserved. Bait and switch.Oh boy. They offered me a mini van too. No. Then I settled for a gas sucker Dodge charger because it was the only 4 door car that just arrived back as I was waiting there. C'mon. Unreal. This guy is a shyster. I prepaid online, here is the kicker...They actually told me that if I brought it back early, that I would not get the balance prorated for what I paid. It would be whatever the daily amount is. Why, would I prepay, and do not prepay. This place is a joke. He is a spinster and this place should be reported for unclear business practices. His customer experience is absolute nonsense. Going back to enterprise/national. I would rather give that company the extra 200 bucks for a less smoke and mirrors experience. Run away don't even.

Moving day for us and BAM our reservation is NOT here. We rented a 16in van and they only had a 12in van available for us. How the hell is the 12in van more expensive then a 16in van!? It makes no sense. Gas ain't cheap and driving to the place only to tell us they don't have our reserved truck is asinine. I seen reviews, and this place has been doing this to plp for a while. Beware!

If you are in the Chino, Chino Hills area and need a rental, look no further. This family owned business goes far and beyond anyone else in making sure you are happy and completely satisfied with your rental experience. Avis and Budget out of the same office.

I loved the experience in this car rental. Affordable and the manager is very nice and friendly. Car was in excellent condition as well.

Beware! Chances are . . . the car you reserve may not be there when you pick up!!! This happened twice. I found out a day before my trip that the van I rented was not available and I only found out by asking myself. I went directly to the car rental at Ontario Airport and vans were abundant there and the process was so easy and fast! AVOID here if you actually want to get a car that you reserve.

This place is hands down the best place to rent a car/truck in the area! When I walked in i was surprised at how welcoming the entire staff was including Sam and Shahid. I had rented a small sedan and they upgraded me to a full size at no extra cost! They were very helpful with answering all my questions and we got to the car it was in great condition. Highly recommend this store!

I made it to this location about 10 mins before closing, Samad and the guy working with him were great! Despite that fact that they were closing they were both friendly and welcoming. I went to this location because the location where I was originally suppose to return the car was to far. I called the original location to find out if I could change drop off locations, they said yes but there would be a $75 fee. Which lead me this location. When the other guy (I feel horrible not being able to spell his name) was closing out the rental he noticed a huge charge that didn't look right. And then out of nowhere the store was packed, like 5 people walked in well after closing time. Samad and the other guy were still friendly to everyone letting them know they would be with them as soon as they could. I waited because it seemed like my account would take some time to fix. They got through all the customers and took a look at my account. Samad corrected the issue and straightened everything out. What I appreciated most was how patient with everyone they were. We all know when its time to close up shop at the end of the day your ready to go. But they provided excellent customer service to us all. With so much going on in the world these days, people being cruel and mean to one another and so much stress, I must say it was refreshing to receive great customer yesterday. Lastly when my friend who lives in the area came to pick me up, I told her about my experience. She said "yes I've used that location many times and each time Samad was nice to each customer every time I was there". Great work!!

The office manager is great. He spent an hour on the phone with its main service center and did extra miles helping me. He goes above and beyond to solve the issue. It is greatly appreciated. This is definitely my to-go rental place.

Imagine coming in on your moving day and the truck rental place says they don't have your truck. Well, it happened to us. We booked a 16 foot moving truck in advance for 4/30/22 and when we showed up, THEY DID NOT HAVE IT. My husband overheard two other customers in the store having the exact same issue. How does this happen? And to multiple customers in the same day! The guy said we wouldn't be charged since they didn't have the truck. But guess what, we noticed a $75 charge from Budget on our bank statement this week. Lol are you kidding me? I spoke with their very unhelpful customer service this morning to get the charge reversed. This place is a joke. STAY AWAY. Save yourself time and headache and just go to Penske in Chino. They had plenty of trucks when we had to book one last minute after this issue with Budget.

Extremely poor quality cars , the car was very dirty from inside. But I was being told this is the only option I have, take it or leave it. Very bad customer service as well.

I rented a moving truck last week in anticipation for a needed move. We spoke with an agent to make sure that we could kick up as late as 5 pm on Memorial Day and they confirmed. I received several confirmation numbers and reminders. Keep in mind that I am needing to fly in in order to make this move. On the day of - today - I received a phone call telling me that they can't honor my reservation because they are closing at 12 pm today. No offers to help me find another truck. No apologies. No explanation as to why they had already told us we could pick up at 5?pl before we made our plans. Just canceling the reservation on the day of. Horrible service. Fortunately I found much more accommodating service with UHaul just a mike up the road. Save yourself the frustration. Just go elsewhere from the start.
