“Called and then came into this great shop. Steve helped me both over the phone and when I came in. He checked out my laptop and quickly found my battery needed replacing. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay in town long enough to have him replace it. The next day he took the old battery out so I could board a flight safely. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I just walked in and he gave my issue his full attention. He explained everything in detail and what he could do to fix it. Then charged me nothing. NetTech provides great service by quality people who value good business....even when they don't charge a penny. Go here for your computer needs! You won't regret it.”

“My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. Customer service was great in helping us set it up. We feel a lot safer now.”

He was so patient with us and took the time to explain everything. I also went to geek squad and was helped by two gentlemen (one blonde guy and another Asian guy with short hair but I didn't get his name.) and they were so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with many things, from choosing the right laptop to me to explaining the many different custom mods GentechPC offers to improve the performance of my new laptop.Their website is no-frills, easy on the eyes, and simple to use. I found the model I was looking for within 15 seconds.Despite so many free upgrades (liquid metal repasting, additional cooling pads, dead pixel warranty), the final price came out to be lower than all the competitors and big box stores. I'm tired of so many places charging scalper prices and I'm very glad to report that GentechPC isn't one of them. For the laptop I eventually decided on purchasing, I actually paid a couple hundred less than the next best competitor.My laptop just arrived two days ago and I've been benchmarking it thoroughly to make sure it is performing well.
