Just rented a vehicle from this location car smells like a casino... it's pouring rain and windshield wipers are getting stuck! I call enterprise to swap out truck and they tell me to go to Ontario airport and they will swap out the vehicle. Wrong! I arrive at airport and they have No vehicles available!! This is the worst experience to pay for a car that should have never been rented in the first place.

Had to rent a car from San Diego to Chino Hills.. both locations were amazing . Chino Hills Location I turned my car into Devon Mansfield .. was the easiest return I have ever done with a car return. He was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent a Car.. I have nothing but good things to say about them .. If in Chino Hills area .. ask for Devin!

I was deeply troubled by the recent interaction with the manager at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s Chino Hills location who accused me of something I did not do and threatened me to pay or he would send me to the collection and he said I would not be allowed to rent cars from them.I returned my rental car in good condition to the Chino Hills location the morning of Monday, Jan 15th, passed their inspection check, and paid for the two-day rentals. The manager called me on Tuesday, Jan 16th accusing me over the phone of damaging the windshield. When I showed up at the store around 10:20 AM that morning to check on their claim, I saw a giant L-shaped crack at least 18 inches long in the middle of the windshield. I also learned that they took the vehicle to a car wash outside of the store.The crack was so visible that the store associate who inspected the returning vehicle, me, or anyone else would have seen it either from the driver's seat or outside looking at the car. When I told the manager that I do not run away from problems. If I was responsible for the damage, I would pay for it but this huge crack on the windshield was not caused by me asking him why sending me to the collection for the damage was not caused by me, but he indifferently demanded I pay or it would go to the collection, and I will not be allowed to rent cars from them. When I asked him if I could not resolve this issue peacefully with him, was there someone else whom I could reach out to? he arrogantly told me that if I called Enterprise, they would refer my case back to him implying he is the only one and I have to deal with him.

HORRIBLE THEY CHARGE EXTRA FEES WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW. VERY RUDE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION. NOT TO MENTION THEY GAVE ME A CAR THAT WAS 8000 MILES OVER FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I HAD TO SWITCH IT OUT WHEN I GOT TO MY DESINATION BECAUSE THE CHANGE OIL SOON LIGHT CAME ON.

This is my favorite car rental. Their service was prompt and excellent. Especially the associate, Duckki, was very helpful.
